What can I say about this hotel,our 5th visit and it never disappoints 
All staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make our stay amazing 
Hotel is very spacious and never have a problem getting a sun bed
The cleanliness of both the hotel grounds and rooms is second to none
Food is always good especially in the speciality restaurants 
Big shout out to moustafa and kirilios on las palms bar and big and little Mohamed at the beach bar
And not forgetting Mahmoud and Alaa at the blue bar
We will return

I came this hote.I enjoyed my stay here every thing was ok.food was good Room was nice and clean.Staff was friendly and helpful especialy Mariam guest relation keep asking everyday every think ok.Me and my wife  very happy and love to come back again.

Ur fayrouz hotel

During our stay at Jaz Mirabel Resort, we were accommodated in room 1220, which turned out to be a delightful experience thanks to the superb housekeeping led by Mohamed Ibrahim. He consistently ensured our room was not just clean, but sparkling, enhancing our comfort throughout our stay.

The resort excels in service and cleanliness; however, the culinary offerings were somewhat average. Although the dishes were hygienic and prepared with care, they lacked a bit of flavor. Nonetheless, dining at the resort felt safe and clean, which is always a plus.

The overall atmosphere of the resort is made warm and welcoming by its staff. Everyone, from the front desk to the service personnel, was exceptionally friendly and eager to assist, making our experience very pleasant.

In summary, Jaz Mirabel Resort shines with its outstanding service and pristine conditions. While the food might not be the highlight, the friendly staff and the immaculate cleanliness certainly make up for it, ensuring a memorable stay.

Overall experience

This accommodation is definitely not up to a standard that is to be expected of a PLATINUM TUI resort! 
It is very out dated, it could not have been upgraded in about 15 to 20 years! It is very noisy from furniture being dragged across floors on the room above to doors slamming on the floor you are on. 
If you request a Sea View room be prepared for lots of extremely loud Dance Music from the Beach parties which happen 3 or 4 times a week. 
There are no lifts. 
Sea view requested so placed by the beach on the second floor with a buggy and baby who needs to sleep and we have to carry the push chair up the stairs every time we go in or out. Baby being woken up and carry a push chair about are not something you look forward to on holiday.
Hotel mini bar is there but you must pay - Not 5* maybe a 3*
Baby Cot was very old wooden and very dirty and unclean. We had to clean it properly. 
Baby Cot mattress would not conform to any standard in Europe.
Baby cot mattress was not provided with a suitable fitted sheet that is recommended.
Initial Baby seat in restaurant was broken to the point of being split and another was requested. This should have been skipped or binned immediately! But was offered to us on a further 12 times during our further 17 visits to the restaurant.
On one occasion a senior member of restaurant staff was asked for a bay chair which when found was slid across the floor in our general direction. 
Baby seats were always extremely dirty and the idea of staff to clean it was just to rub it with a dry cloth. These should be disinfected after each use.
Tables in restaurant were sometimes not cleaned properly and still had food debris and some sort of goo under place mats.
I witnessed a whole trolley of cutlery being spilt onto the floor which made a tremendous noise as they are stone floors. The whole lot should have been washed again but instead was put away ready for table service.
If you don't tip immediately you get ignored or by passed.
There are a selection of non self service restaurants but you are only allowed to choose one during a 7 day visit, not 5* attitude. 
The food in the buffet restaurant was very repetitive and not refilled at a serviceable rate. So often a queue waiting for specific items.
The only plus points were The grounds. Even some of the pools are advertised as heated but they are not.
The onsite shops are more expensive than the UK and a lot of the stock is out of date.
This is definitely not a Family friendly resort, rooms should not be allocated to Families with babies knowing they will have to carry prams etc up flights of stairs all day.
Dont go here with kids.

Sun , Sea and not 5*

My original review was a disappointing one star; as the main driver when I selected a hotel for my stay, was a functioning gym, so I can run comfortably in a hot climate - on a treadmill. 

Days 1 & 2 the gym was closed, and whilst the team moved the running machine into the Spa so I could run; I had to run in 31/32 degrees Celsius. 🥵 

The other factors which led to my one star, was when the gym reopened, 50% of the cardio machines (no cross trainer, and one running machine working) were functioning, so there was a queue for the running machine which prevented me to run anymore than 3 miles; the maximum amount of time per machine is 25 minutes. 

You could say, get a life, you’re on holiday :)! Why are you even running? 😂 Well true, yet I have several races coming up, and I came here in the knowledge I could continue my training, while working, as this was a five star hotel. 

I digress, reason I am re-reviewing, is because the hotel and General Manager listened, understood and empathised with my situation; and I am grateful that the solution I offered was approved; simply for me to have an extra hour in the morning on the treadmill! 

So thank you Jaz Meribel, for going the extra mile for a guest who admittedly isn’t your normal type!

Would I recommend this resort, yes don’t think twice it’s beautiful and the food is amazing; and with some improvements to their gym equipment, it will be up there with one of the top resorts I have stayed in Egypt over the last 20 years.

Mr Ibrahim Halil, it was a great pleasure in meeting you, and thank you and your team for the great hospitality you provide.
It is a credit to you and the team that such pride is shown in your work and making sure guests are catered for.
The cleanliness is superb, food varied and plentiful, and as you know my only downside to our stay was the evening entertainment in the chill area, but I will not dwell on that.
There was so many star performer members of staff, which in itself is very rare to have in one Hotel.
Credit also to the grounds staff who kept the gardens immaculate.
Any bad experiences I had was not the fault or in anyway associated with the Hotel, so I will not mention them.
All in all, great holiday, excellent Hotel that is highly recommended.

Almost Perfect

This review relates to the Jaz Mirabel Beach Hotel, which is one half of the Jaz Mirabel Resort. 
Fabulous hotel to go on holiday to - fantastic service, kept meticulously clean everywhere, beautiful gardens, plenty of lounger space both on the beach and by the pools (some are heated), great walk out along the jetty to snorkel, very nice selection of food, comfortable beds, good size bathroom, no mosquitoes for us, live music in the evenings and Premiership football on the big screen and on the room tvs, WiFi worked well for us  in the room and throughout the hotel, a wonderful spa with excellent treatments at very reasonable prices. 
Shout out to Farahat who kept our room immaculate, Eunice, Stacey and Monti in the spa, Mahmoud Ali and Mr George in the Reef Pizza Bar, the jetty security guards and lifeguards, and all the staff in the adults only part of the main restaurant. 
Thank you to everyone for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. We shall be back. 
Top tips - take  one Pound/Euro coins or Dollar notes for tips. Tipping is not requested but very much appreciated and needed.  If you pay for hotel extras on a card, you can only pay in Egyptian pounds or US dollars (not Euros or Stirling).

Absolutely Worth Booking

I have a really mixed opinion on this hotel. I think if you don’t overpay then you would be happy. It’s not 5* by any account, it’s just ok. The positives- the hotel grounds are great, lovely beach and staff were fantastic. The entertainment was hit and miss, but again not a concern. The hotel try really hard and make you welcome. The rooms are slightly run down but not dreadful. The food was just ok, so better meals than others. 
Negatives- you can only book one restaurant during your stay (there are 3) I feel this is a real let down as an all inclusive hotel as I like to order from a menu when I can. 
The biggest problem was other people in the hotel. They ruined it for me and I did complain. It was the end of EId and a public holiday for countries within approx  1 hour flight of Egypt (I asked the hotel about their clientele). The hotel was a full capacity with so many people who culturally were awful (I am so sorry to say) nobody queued, people pushed in men and women, grabbing food, being loud, leaving mess everywhere and ordering food and just wasting it. It was so horrible and made me sad that other humans behaved this way. The staff did their best to make people go to the back but it was overwhelming with the amount of people. The kids were racing down the slides, one child started chasing my boy a long with all his brothers and jumping on him as he thought it was fun. I shouted at him and most times said ‘I don’t understand’ it made my blood boil. The life guard would be constantly blowing his whistle to stop the chaos but nobody cared less. No respect, no manners and it was stressful. I’ve never experience such bad manners. It’s such a shame, but I was over powered and nobody cared. If you want relaxing holiday where you don’t have to queue for food or I think there are better places to stay.

Mixed opinions

Lovely hotel very clean , nice rooms, great staff.
We stayed beach side. and loved it.
Unfortunately, we got bad stomachs as did a lot of people, but the chemist sold a box of tablets for $5. which worked as medication from UK doesn't work on this strain of bug.
Also be aware lots of steps so if you have wheelchair or buggy's there are no lifts.
it was upstairs to lounge bar in evening and entertainment then downstairs to restaurant.
Beach was lovely with nice breeze most days. 
i would definitely recommend this resort for family's with the amount of space and lots of pools and more sunbeds than guests is a plus.

Sun, Sand & Squits

We’ve just come back from Jaz Mirabel Beach Hotel and it was an absolutely amazing stay 🇪🇬  rooms and the hotel area so clean - our room cleaner Ashraf was so kind and helpful, bar staff very nice (Mustafa at the Las Palmas pool bar) , waiters at the restaurant ( lovely Ahmed), lifeguards very friendly (especially Mohammed the beach lifeguard), taxi drivers (Ahmed who took us to Sharm centre), TUI guy Mohsen always happy to help, food and drinks good. The only disappointment were the entertainment girls. Not too friendly and with a lack of energy and ideas. But the Egyptian entertainment boys did the job:) 
Overall it was a great holiday for all of us and highly recommended 🇪🇬❤️🤗
