Pros: Beach is great.. lanscape is magnificent.. food is very good and great variety.. staff is friendly...

Cons: No rooms care whatsoever.. Many supplies aren't available at the restaurant as well as tables care.. the hotel is highly under staffed but they're trying to do their best...

It's a family place. The spa has real artists. There is only one way to the lobby...the gift shops. The pharmacist seems knowledgable. The dining hall is a mad house but the grill outside smells amazing!

It's a nice place for a SHORT vacation
As any place have pros and cons the cons in this place is a little bit more than it's pros
But let's start with the good things first
First of all the sea is wonderful and you mau feel like you're in a private beach .. the swimming pool is okay but for me i prefer the sea
The food was good and a new kinds of food was served every day
The beds were comfy
For the cons, you may find the ac in your room is broken but they will fix it
The room service don't always come when you call them
The bathrooms in the reception are awful and dirty
The elevator is so small and the door don't stay open for long so it might close on you while you're entering and it hurts
So that's why it's good but not for a long vacation

Enjoyed our 7 night stay here. The beach is lovely spent most of our days there. The only down fall is the state of the toilets by the beach and the pool area . My advice would be to take your own toilet paper seat covers and hand sanitizers. The restaurant appears to be clean all the staff wear gloves to serve food and the food is ok maybe not to British tastes but there are plenty of choices. The omelettes are lovely for breakfast . Entertainment a bit hit and miss with a kids programme and a "Show" every evening only seems a bit boring as most of it comprises of belly dancing or Egyptian music . The Irish bar has a terrace overlooking the stage so could see from up there. All inclusive drinks ok the sweet dreams cocktail was lovely! Wifi not too great except in reception area and the Irish bar which is above it . All in all it was a nice break away boiling hot every day the sea is shallow calm and warm . Be warned of the pushy shop guys on site too

Food bit basic but always something to eat staff very pleasant resort it self wonderfull

I loved the quality and selection of food offered. Even after a week i kept finding new foods to try. The animation team was always cheerful and fun to talk to. Kite spot is well equiped and organized. There are also many other activities to choose from or you can just relax in lounge chairs on the beach.

We have just returned from a ten day holiday at the Panorama Bungalows resort.
Firstly don't believe the negative reviews.
The site may not be five star but the standard is very high. what made our holiday so special wer the staff from the efficient and helpful reception staff through to all the waiting and bar staff right down to the cleaning staff for our bungalow. Everyone is genuinely friendly and always had a smile ready for us. The Spa has some great deals for the full Turkish and Egyptian massages and they will always barter with you so don't go with the first price. We got eight massages for £95.00 !!
The bungalows are great with TV , a glass window in the floor , comfortable beds and everything was spotless.
The dining room was a delight , we arrived when it was quiet and we found our way around the multitude of choices of food and then the national holiday for Egypt was our last weekend. The Egyptians arrived and what a difference but it was great to be lively and multi cultural. the people were beautiful and friendly and we spent loads of time getting to know them and playing with their children. I have many photos which were taken by the Egyptians which now are winging their way back to Cairo and Luxor. Tthey could not have been more welcoming.
Finally, as I have said this is not five star but 4 star does it justice, thank you to everyone who made our holiday so relaxing and fun.
oh I forgot to mention the diving school on the beach also do great deals and you will meet Abdul and Ham Sandwich who again will look after you, we had a full day out snorkeling and swimming with the dolphins.
Also, forgot to mention the animation team who work really hard getting people involved and again they are always smiling and genuinely look like they want to do a great job of entertaining everyone

Great staff and beach, food is average, not a lot of places to go for a walk outside. Rooms and furniture are old. Cleaning is good.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone the manager Abdullah is very hard working and always there to help you it definitely deserves 5 star rating the reception staff are very nice and very helpful especially ramy and ahmed who give all there time to help others we will definitely be coming back because we haven't found any faults at all so thank you for making us feel very welcome we have been to this hotel twice and you couldn't get any better all staff are very nice and very helpful especially kamal who booked our trips he is one of the best organizers and very friendly thanks to you all

Early Feb 8.30 am Cairo time..sitting on the beach, cloudy early morning but burns off by 10/11am. Very good variety of food and drinks.. Very clean and tranquil. Lodgings are a bit dated and if Egyptian's built my hotel then they never built the pyramids.

Resort is ok, but their rates differ according to the guest nationality and therefore the adminstration has no credibility

Very short range of food variety.
Extremely dead and purely not fun during the night.
Facilities are laking and activities are scarce.
Havent heard of the animation team since my arrival and was a very unpleasent experience as a whole.
I have stayed a total of 1 day and 1 night at the hotel and couldnt stay longer due to neglegance of activities. I couldnt "not recommend" this more

First let me say: I personally had a brilliant time here. But this hotel is definitely not for everyone! So I will list some questions you'll have to ask yourself before you choose this hotel. If you can answer yes to these, then you'll have a great time!
- Do you enjoy music while you're relaxing at the pool or beach?
- Do you like it when the staff treats you like their friend, and jokes around?
- Do you like spending time with your fellow guests and making friends?
- Lastly do you want to try clubbing in Egypt? This isn't necessary for your enjoyment of the hotel, but I wanted to mention it anyway. Egyptian clubs are great.

So friendly needed help getting about as getting over two broken ankels got wheel chair to help me Mr andy all staff all helping me back at resort trying to walk . All good need help with steps only problem to pool and up steps need help hope Panarama bungalows resort think about this . Pool boys ^ Bar staff all good and Bell boys /as well reception and last of all the police . Think of them at door 12 hours to look after you bye them soft drinks and water 60 Egyptian please Mr andy

really good just back stayed from 6/03/17 to 13/03 lovely de luxe room food was very good the 24 hour bar was also good.
I enjoyed on my own so much I have rebooked for the 12/06/17 to 26/06/17 you can have a great time without leaving the resort I did visit hurghada marina and beer and steaks are good and cheap was worth the visit a different world of boats weather great as usual i thought sharm was good but i enjoyed this more after 5 visits to sharm and cheaper. the matt parker review underneath never gave them a chance

Very picturesque, very clean very friendly and helpful staff. Loads of things for children to do. Right on the beach. Which itself was very clean. Beach bar. Entertainment throughout the day and evening. Night club for those that want it. Does not take over though if you want peace and quiet. I would definitely go back there again and take my family

I have visited that nice hotel in June 2016 with my family. Despite on 4 star hotel, everything was on high level: food, rooms, beach, staff. Some 5 star hotels are not comparable with this hotel. I got a lot of positive emotions during vacation.

Find somewhere there is not too much building work going on food edible but repetative rooms clean staff try to be helpful but they sometimes feel embarrased working there, the arab guests are very ignorant.

Not as good as I thought; beach is not clean, eating hall is not well air conditioned, although people were friendly but they didn't respond to our requests in a quick manner, also the bungalows were on a very dirty water.

Nice place for kite surfing, bad for snorkeling. Not bad but nothing special neither in food nor in hotel. Just a good place for kite surfers ;)
