this was a lovely budget hotel. Cleaned and serviced every day. The staff are brilliant and so eager to help. Great experience.

A good hotel that's a short drive outside main town Dubai, small but comfortable room's. A lovely roof top swimming pool with views. Very good sports bar serving lovely food.

Nice budget hotel in the center of Dubai, you need to travel much to reach anywhere while staying here. The services provided against cost is good. Most of the staff is Indian so you face no issue if u r not good with English. You get lots of Indian cuisine options as well.

Good offers on drinks they have got a good band as well. They have an Indian and Chinese restaurant next to them so they tend to get food from there if you crave any of those they can cater that as well. The bar food itself is standard with some good options (calamari is decent)

Located in the center of Bur Dubai, one affordable hotel you can get in. Services are average, food is good, ambience is awesome. Room services are poor, rooms are good. Few staffs are ill mannered, management is good.

The view from the terrace is amazing. In bur Dubai I cannot find any hotel better than this. The hotel many Indian restaurants and market nearby. Best place to stay if planning a trip to Dubai.

A very cheap yet neat and tidy place to just sleep the night. For Less than AED 130/night Prices over the counter can sometimes be cheaper than online. So worth checking it before booking online if you're in the neighbourhood.

Good place for partying. Hotel is little noicy at nights. So your main aim is to have fun on your trip than recommended. Not recommended for a peaceful silent stay

Nice hotel situated in city center. Convenient for everything. Shopping, dining, night life you name it's minutes away from the hotel. The price for a night stay is quite affordable depending on the season. I definitely enjoyed the hotel facilities and high five to the service personnel.

Hotel was V. Good. Room was very small , no space in room. Staff service is average. Water was paid , only 1 time complementary in a day 1 liter. ..after check out behavior of staff was change...No extra bed provided for child which we paid as a adult....overall Average .........last food quality was worst for vegetarian ..........they must have separate kitchen for veg food.

Well this hotel is good option if you're looking for budget option in good location with good food. Rooms were small but who stays in rooms in a 6 day visit of dubai. Breakfast was good so as the claypot restaurant and the sports cafe. Overall I was happy with the arrangements. But check-in in the hotel is very time taking. It's more annoying when you had a long flight. Pool was also enjoyable so as the fitness center. Room keeping staff was superb and always readily available

This were my 1st vacation in Dubai therefore, a safe, friendly, clean hotel were my main focus. Wow City max is the place Americans. The breakfasts menu is wonderful, the rooms & customers care. I highly recommend this hotel. Star5 services at Star3 price.

Comfortable rooms, with complete privacy.
The lobby is always busy and full of life that’s what I like about it, even if you are traveling alone or staying alone, you can always get on the ground floor bars and restaurants or just be at the lobby, then you won’t feel alone.
Small but tidy rooms.
Parking was available in the basement.
Centre of the city, location is very good, 10 minutes walk to metro station, the bus stop is just outside.

Hotel is good. Clay Pot Restaurant has good Indian food and its a value for money hotel. nearby by all stations and all. overall a good stay

It is a good hotel with clean and professional atmosphere. Friendly staff and immediate response to queries are a plus. Off season, the prices are pretty affordable. Location is convenient and close to the metro and one of many malls in the city - Burjuman centre. There are restaurants inside the hotel itself and around the area so u can have ur pick of cuisine.

Good for short periods, very sophisticated arrangements with available space. Customer service is good. Rooms are not sound proof and you will easily get disturbed by early morning crying of children if your next room have.

We stayed in citymax at bur Dubai for 5 nights and I would give it a 2/5. Out of 2, 1 point is for the excellent location since every place is less than half an hour away and another point for cleanliness. But I would definitely not recommend this place because -
1. Breakfast - many options to eat but all tasteless. We ate breakfast 5 times and believe me all 5 days the menu was 90% same.
2. Room service - we ordered dinner from another hotel and called room service for spoons (plastic spoons provided). They charge 10 dhm to get the spoons to your room but if u go downstairs and pick it up, they are free.
3. Noise - there is construction work going on right outside the window and not only during the day it goes on till late night and begins early in the morning.

Other than the above it was not a great experience at all.

Good place to stay a couple of days in Dubai. It's a budget hotel so you can't expect a 5 star hotel services. However the location is wonderful in Dubai and you can access to many site seeings of Dubai.

Good budgeted hotel. Offers neat rooms, food is tasty and staff is courteous. One should bring his own sleepers, comb, tooth brush and paste. Location is good. Al fahidi metro station is around 12min walk and near by are lots of eateries and shopping avenue.

Hotel is quite nice.

Pros: Nice location.
You will love the bar at ground floor.
Cons: you won't get slippers, bedsheets are not changed on daily basis.

Went to meet a friend who was visiting from abroad. The service was good at bell desk. Watched football at the Huddle bar and had a nice atmosphere and a very good live band that plays great classics including rock from the 90s and 80s.

The hotel has a great location. Very accessible from the city centre. There is heavy traffic of tourists mainly from Asia, meaning you can get good indian food. If you are a non-smoker ensure you ask for a non-smoker room. There were some ongoing constructions in the neighbourhood; ensure you request for rooms away from that noise. The Hotel staff were very friendly and ready to assist.

Friendly staffs, clean rooms, nice restaurants! I enjoyed staying there. Just book the hotel and don’t worry about tour packages as there is a tour desk catering to day tours. Fantastic choices there!

Budget hotel that from the very beginning has been rising its value from moderate expectation level. What we did not manage to ride of was the noise of central ventilation facility located on the roof.
Location quite good.
Breakfast is the weakness of that offer because they are focused only at Hindi customers.

Its a great hotel to stay. But keep in mind that one room can accommodate only two.. 3 people cannot adjust, but perfect for two. Breakfast is also good.

My trip was for 7 days and This hotel is very good to stay and every tourist destination is near from this hotel most important metro station is just 10min. Walk distance only. Which is very convenient. This is a 3 star hotel. According to that service is really good even they have one Indian style, one Chinese style, one night club and one coffee shop itself in the hotel and they provide 20% discount to in house gusts. Even they provide liqueurs in rooms and restaurants. Thumbs up for this hotel.

Amazing hotel for such price. I stayed for 3 nights and it's very quiet hotel. Rooms are small and compact. Toilets don't have toiletries so carry your own toiletries. Be ready to wait while you call r3cwption from your room as it's always very busy due to more than 900 rooms in hotel. It's strange to hear from check in desk that visitors are not allowed in rooms! You can understand the meaning and not everyone is staying there to get the visitors inside the rooms. Over all very good experience to stay.

It was a 4 day trip.We stayed in this hotel on the first day.Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff specially by Receptionist Janna .The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant is very flexible and Shiv Kumar who works as a restaurant in-charge gave us great hospitality (appreciate this!) . Shiv is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!) We had three great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. a true sample of excellent hospitality!

A good hotel. Nice staff. Nice location. I will will happy if they can fix a wall clock in the guest rooms. Keeping one tissue box in the at least guest will be happy.
