Strengths:
Very beautiful hotel territory, excellent sea reef with corals and dozens of beautiful fish. Excellent food in the main restaurant. Barman - Mostafa on Beach Bar - the best cocktails specialist in the hotel :)

Areas for improvement:
1. Very noisy in the room (1171), it is impossible to sleep. Not only is the air conditioning in the room very old and terribly noisy, so even outside the window dozens of air conditioner units on the roof are buzzing like at the factory. Windows without sound insulation. Constant humming and hum from air conditioners in the room.

2. The main restaurant is hot, stuffy and lacks air. Several times people at a dinner or dinner became ill because of this, it is impossible to be there for a longer than 10 minutes.

3. Terrace bar - 25.08-02.09 - very bad barman, not client oriented.

4. Everywhere problems with reusable glasses, barmen crazy about them. There are such glasses, there are others, not to go anywhere, to bring back. Although all this is on the site of the hotel and what a difference. Just bring to each bar with a stock of these glasses.

To do list for administrations of hotel: (if these points are at least partially corrected ready to come again here)
- Improve the quality of cocktails in bars.
- Solve the problem with the reusable glasses everywhere in the bars.
- Change barmen on Terrace bar (24.08-02.09.18) - he is not at all client-oriented and rude.
- Make soundproofing in the rooms (1171) or replace the old noisy air conditioning units.
- Establish ventilation and air cooling in the main restaurant

We enjoyed our stay so much, the hotel location was amazing.
We enjoyed the beach so much specially Mr Wagih and Mr Mohamed was very professional in helping us in snorkeling.
Mr Hany in diving centre was very nice to us thanks to him.
The pool and the aqua park was amazing.
The room is cozy and the view is breathtaking.
The food was good despite the low quality in the main restaurant but the personnels was very good in serving us despite the crowd.
Oriental restaurant is very good in quality and quantity.

Over all I was impressed with the quality of hotel, I haven’t met one staf that wasn’t smiling and ready to help. I highly appreciated the professionalism of all the staff (they were friendly without being flirty). I hope to go again.

Overall positive experience. Very well located, with amazing and breathtaking views. Staff was very friendly, rooms kept clean even though a bit out of date. However, the food was very repetitive: every day and every meal almost the same identical stuff. The animation as well was repetitive with no original ideas, mostly interested in hooking up with girls. Would still recommend it, especially for families with kids due to the nice and big kids area and acquapark.

We have been in sharm El sheik 7 times Before, and this was without any question the best service, location, and the entire staff did an Amazing job!
Diamond is the best! We miss it already!

The hotel need to enhance the animation. The level of the animation team is acceptable but there is much better in comparison to other resorts within the country, the region and elsewhere. The show of the dancers brought from outside during our stay was excellent initiative but the information and the communication to the clients about those shows need to be improved.

Enjoyed 10 days at this lovely hotel recently. Great view, clean beach, lovely and warm sea. Very friendly and polite staff, tasty cuisine, very good animation team especially kids club and free WI-FI.

Basically the hotel offers a good facilities but it lacks the excellency touch.
The toilet at the reception need some maintenance as it gives the first impression.
The salt in some dishes need to be checked.
Special thanks to Ms Siham at the kids club who was very kind to all the kids.
All deserts have to be improved. And please stop using coconut in most of it.
The food is in a very good quality but not exceptional.
The hotel rates should be reduced to match the other websites. It is very disappointing to book through your website then find better rates outside.

We had a great time and we hope to be back again at a later point. The hotel is a beautiful and friendly place with great staff members. Special thanks to Mahmoud in the reception, Mohamed and Eslam at the Family Pool, who made our stay very special, and Kareem the life guard at the beach, whom our oldest son had a lot of fun with.
We had booked a quiet family room, but were placed in a room next to the stage. When we mentioned the noise to the reception, we were moved to another room without problem.
The sales persons on the site are also friendly and not too pushy.
We spent most of our time at the family pool, which is nice and quiet, and at the beach, snorkling and swimming from the pontoon bridge. The reef is beautiful.
The restaurant staff is also friendly and attentive. We enjoyed breakfast in the Italian restaurant with the beautiful view, and we would have loved to have our diner there as well, if possible.

Over all very happy with our stay just few things could do with looking into. Smell was definitely an off put. Variety and change would have been nice with food

Communicate was a problem at times as staff didn't all speak English.

Sameer was very pleasant and very helpful during meal times. Very good with the kids. Very polite and spoke well.

The problem ...Live music it was all z time by russian language... I never heard arabic music ...Room it was old but location very good ....Bath room i give 2 star level not five stars.....But i know there is nothing in life is perfect.....So the complain about room and music is nothing compared with the great efforts made by the staff to make you happy... There is another complain about the salaries and wages received by workers its very little compared to hard work and long working hours --12 hours....

In general, our family liked the rest. Problems with the settlement, with food was not. The room is in a satisfactory condition. The beach, swimming pools, water park - everything is fine. We rested without a tour operator and we were not met at the airport, although we had corresponded and agreed on the transfer. And when leaving the hotel, too, the taxi was late. Perhaps this is the only negative.

We like this hotel very much. Very clean and beautiful with all the flowers. The beach was very good and the staff very kindly. We are looking forward to come back!

this for time for me with may family and I a happy by all thing, from the morning until the midnight always there's activities and a lot of funny and interesting shows with the entertainment team, actually I didn't think before about going out of the hotel we are completely enjoy here

Hotel is located not in the center so you always need to order taxi if you would like to visit any sight seeings of Sharm El Sheikh. Animation is very poor. We found evenings performances very boring. Internet connection on the beach is fine but in our room we hardly could connect to wi-fi. Furniture in the hotel is old and need to be renovated/refreshed. Also there was small variety of fruits and vegetables during the meal. Staff was friendly and we really appreciated that.

During my stay somebody opened the door without knocking it i was in with my family and i think it is not good for Muslims family (he was not a room service)

Good location. Almost not windy in the winter time.

Swimming pools and small aqua park with heating are good for winter months and suitable for families with the kids. I'd prefer a fixed pontoon instead of the floating one.

Good food, drinks and snacks during the day. Very kind hotel staff.

Our number must be renovated, but renovation in the hotel is in progress.

WiFi coverage was almost everywhere.

We spent 10 days at this hotel with our kids. We liked everything, the room was very comfortable, several nice pools and really great aqua park. Kids were excited. Nice place and nice stuff from receptionist, food chefs, bartenders, beach guards were quiet good and friendly, food was average, animation team (Specially a girl called Emma)was doing a good job and have a good variety of activity

there is no doubt about the hotel is supper at everything even not just Diamond beach but sunrise group as this is not my 1st experience at it. i had my honeymoon at sunrise holidays 7 years ago and till now i recommend it to any honeymooners ask me for hotels at Hurghada.. and now i will also recommend diamond beach for sharm el shaikh... i would like to thank all the staff from the GM passing by all levels of the group staff for their outstanding effort to reach with the group with that great degree of success.

We were 4 people: I, my wife, our children. Rested at the hotel from 11 to 17 November 2017. Our rest was perfact, we were met by a very attentive administrator - Bell Captain, we arrived at the hotel around 10 am, but we were settled even until 14-00. They dressed bracelets and immediately took them for breakfast. The waiters in the restaurant are very welcoming and attentive. The food is quite diverse, everyone can find what he likes. Seafood on the grill was served daily. Animators - just super! The beach and the hotel area are very well maintained, very green and many different pools and ponds. There is a water park, but we preferred the SEA. The beach is sand and gravel and the pontoon, from which you can immediately jump to the depths and many beautiful fish and corals. Furniture of course in our room was old, but the beds were comfortable, the room is always clean, fresh water is supplied, towels and bathrobes are snow-white. We are not the first time in Sharm, we were in Hurghada and we can say that this hotel has very pleased us! If of course you are just going to rest - you will like it, but if you look for shortcomings in everything - you will think up all of them. But we would have returned there!

Hotel personnel is very professional and polite; all of our requests were responded very promptly. We really loved the food and service in all of the hotel restaurants and bars. This is my second time to stay in the hotel and will not be the last. Good Hotel with Friendly staff and mid of several places to visit. The hotel is equipped with Aqua Park which is amazing. Good Choice so far...

You need to change the glasses in which drinks are distributed on the beaches, you can not distribute drinks in reusable, battered plastic glasses. The room should be cleaned every day, not when asked. The dishes in the restaurant are beaten. You can not save on meat and fish. Your air conditioners work like a tractor. It is impossible to fall asleep. Crows and sparrows fly in the restaurant - it's horrible. Put on the beach pointers where you can go in the water, do not whistle constantly. People do not know where to go and where not.

We rested in the middle of March. About the choice of the hotel we did not regret. Arriving at the hotel filled out a questionnaire on the number, for us put on bracelets and sent for breakfast. After breakfast, 10 minutes later we were given cards and went to the room.
The room is big and clean, but needs repair and furniture replacement. The room had a problem with the safe and hot water, but after a call to the reception all quickly corrected within 15 minutes. Cleaning the room, replacing towels, beds, replenishing the water, coffee and tea all went well and was not noticeable while we were out.
The area is very large, well-groomed and all blooming. The staff is friendly.
The sea is clean, the reef is beautiful, there are a lot of fish especially in the morning until 8.00.
Hungry in this hotel is difficult to stay. The food is varied, the choice is great, the beer is delicious, but the wine is not very.
And of course, it's not possible not to mention the animation team. The guys are working to 100%.
 Rest to us will be remembered for a long time, the sea of ​​positive emotions and impressions.
