BOB BEAT CANCER!! What an incredible moment for this man, he had the scare of his life and that wasn’t enough to stop him. Instead he got out and took complete charge of his physical health whilst undergoing cancer treatment. To start the gym at a young age of 55 was no mean feat, Bob was anxious and nervous at the idea of joining a gym but knew something had to change. He’d started his weight loss journey during lockdown and I was lucky enough to meet him during his first visit to the gym.
