The staff was very amicable and polite, responsive and good hearted. Pools. All meals inclusive. they have four swimming pools. The have all day entertaining programs. Easy access to 4 pool areas, plenty of all inclusive food, balcony inroom perfect for eveniing time, shuttle bus to and from naama bay/beach,staff very friendly. High sound of the music whether on the swimming pool or the disco.
