Hotel Benidorm Centre

Lovely hotel, Very clean with friendly, helpful staff. Location was minutes from shops, beach and restaurants. Beautiful rooms very clean and spacious with large balcony. The hotel restaurant was very clean with friendly staff. The food was amazing every day with enough choice for everyone.

Hotel was amazing. Upon on arrival was met by staff who were very friendly. The hotel was clean, very modern. Couldn’t fault it. The food was also good. Didn’t have any complaints at all. As the name of the hotel says, Benidorm centre, great location, and will definitely go back.

Stayed at this hotel at the end of November. Opted for full board and got value for money. Good choices of food, and at lunchtime hardly any other diners. We had a room on the 3rd floor at the front of the building and luckily were not disturbed by noise (as per other reviews). Good sized room and all the hotel was clean. Staff friendly. I would return again to this hotel. Its quieter location is great, and only a few minutes walk to the lively area of Benidorm.

This hotel has been refurbished recently the rooms are bright and clean.The restaurant catered for all tastes and the food was very good.Reception all night and the staff were excellent.It is central to the shops beach and old town so in a great position.We have visited Benidorm many times but never stayed here I think it rates as the best.

Great hotel, Very Modern rooms (due to recent renovation), extremely clean and the staff were so polite and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and our room had a nice balcony area. The whole experience at the hotel was great only improvements would be to have a free water dispenser and maybe more variety of food for lunch and dinner. Besides those two things the hotel was perfect ! I'd definitely stay again.

This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location.we had a lovely room with fantastic view. There isn’t anything not to like about this hotel,the staff are all very friendly and polite.Pool area and bars are immaculate.The food is good with plenty of choice would definitely stay here again

A very well updated Hoted which for all intense and purposes looks and feels Brand New.Great helpful and Polite smart staff. Quality Food and service. Only problem a number of Rooms bathrooms, suffer from a Shower Door Fault, resulting in Bathroom flooding, this is the Only Negative aspect of the Hotel and needs to be rectified ASAP.

This is a really lovely hotel with lovely, friendly staff. It is in a great location for Levante Beach, The Old Town and the busy bars and restaurants. The hotel has undergone a refurbishment and is clean and fresh throughout. The restaurant is small and the food choices quite simple but mostly good quality food. There were still some works being completed when we stayed at the end of May 2019. The pool area is again small and i'm not sure it could accommodate a full hotel of people. Our room was clean and comfortable, the only issue being the shower leaked terribly and was quite hazardous to use the bathroom with the wet floor. The small mat provided was sodden within minutes! I believe there are upgrade rooms in the hotel that are very pleasant. Myself and my friend had to use the stairs rather than the lifts due to a health condition, the lower floors had no banisters which proved to be quite difficult as we both really did need something to steady us. The bar prices were surprisingly reasonable. There was a minibar in the room but we did not use it as there was no information given regarding the cost. I was told by another guest at the end of our stay it was an 8 euro charge. Overall I would say this hotel is great value for money and the adults only element is a bonus if you want a bit of peace. I am sure as the hotel finishes the refurbishment it will be a fantastic place to stay. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.
