Beautiful location, right on the beach. Beautiful, large pool. Beautiful and spacious hotel overall. Lots of activities if you like to stay active (beach volleyball, ping pong table, tennis courts) and daily evening entertainment (which was actually quite entertaining!).

Its an understatement to say Jacaranda is on the beach because the reality is that the beach is literally in the hotel...It provides the best Diani beach experience. The staff members are also very customer friendly.

Staff were amazing. Every single person we interacted with was kind and attentive to our needs- a very welcoming atmosphere.

We had an amazing stay at Jacaranda. The hotel is wondeful and well located by the ocean. Our beach front bedroom was breathtaking. And mainly the staff is adorable, we would like to thanks one more time all those beautiful people, and all the teams: reception, kitchen, pool, garden, cleaning and particularly the animation team ! They did an amazing job all along with great entertainments. We wish you all the best and we wish to come back.

The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It was so peaceful, I slept so well that I stayed an extra night. The staff are extra attentive and want to make sure you are having a nice time. The location is lovely, you can see wildlife from the terrace. It’s very reasonably priced.

Visiting back after 5 years and Jacaranda Elementaita still has its old charm. Beautiful mature gardens, quiet and peaceful. Rooms are spacious and well appointed and lovely food. The Jacaranda property extends to the Lake Elementaita and an easy 20 minutes hike will take you near the Lakeshore. Will not hesitate to recommend

Great location, very close to shopping malls. The staff were friendly and gave a quick response to my requests. I enjoyed the gym and spa. I will definitely go back again.

The staff are very friendly and professional. They took care of all of our requests, such as room preference and additional safari tour. The rooms were clean and the garden is beautiful, so relaxing. Would love to stay again!

Stayed here for two nights before safari, arrived at midnight to cheery welcome from the staff, room big and spacious. We had breakfast included in our package which was first class. Stunning surroundings beautifully maintained grounds. Would return without hesitation

I went to Kenya in March and stayed at this hotel during the Nairobi part of my trip. This is a wonderful gem of a hotel with exceptional customer service. The value far exceeds the cost of the stay. Everyone I encountered during my stay was extremely personable and professional. We didnt want for anything.

The breakfast buffet was super and offered a wide variety of selections as well as made to order eggs, omelets, etc. Rooms were comfortable and the grounds were beautiful and well kept. Theres nice little open air bar that we enjoyed at the end of each evening.

I will return the next time I visit and I will be back. :)
