The modern building of the Hotel Apartamentos Princesa Playa is completely fitted with innovative and comfortable installations, facing the sea on the promenade of Marbella. It is situated between the Marina and the fishing port in an area of restricted traffic in the very heart of Marbella, close to the exclusive shopping centre of the city and 5 minutes from the Old Town.

The swimming pool, solarium and terrace bar are on the 8th and 9th floors, providing an excellent place to sun-bathe, enjoy your favourite drink and indulge in the splendid views of the mountains and the Mediterranean sea with views of the African coast.
