Really enjoyed our stay at Livvo Morromar.
They have a great hardworking team that aimed to make our stay on the island as easy as possible.
The atmosphere and surroundings are reflective of the calm nature of the island life.
While the room was basic, it was clean and well attended by friendly cheery cleaning staff every morning.
Everything is in easy walking distance although some of the footpaths could be a little steep for those with accessibility needs.
The buffet hall caters well for both meat eaters and vegetarians. The hall is also open for a healthy window of time so we never felt rushed during any of our meals.
If you're lucky, you'll be able to make friends with the local cats. Our favourite was the ginger one, who lived by the dinner hall 😻

Good:
Well looked after hotel environment,
Food was good mostly, there's always something tasty.
Drinks are as strong as you want it, just ask.
Rooms were good size with balcony, kitchen tools available too.
Our toddler really enjoyed mini disco, Animation team, especially Sito was super friendly and great with entertaining little ones.
Calm place with plenty of planes flying near by (not loud).
Good value, great service for 3* hotel.
Bad:
No wifi in all inclusive package, you need to pay seperate.
Clogged up and flooded bathroom three times, staff was not always quick to fix it. Had a full day of flooding without staff fixing it, but later after complaining, was refunded for 1 night stay.
Overall very decent, good value and relaxing place to stay and explore the island.

We loved it here and would stay again. Self catering which is what we wanted. No microwave oven which was a bit strange in self catering apartment, but everything else worked.
We had a sea view on the road side. We were right by the pool. They are 2 pools.

Average hotel with good location.
Wouldn't recommend all inclusive option, food is not great, cold and tasteless. Rooms are okay but need a little refurbishment. Staff is ok. All inclusive drinks serve in plastic cups in the evening (I understand by the pool).. I have asked for little celebration for birthday guests, hotel assured me before coming that there will be surprise for birthday girl..unfortunately it was just emails and nothing else. Shame.
I wouldn't come back here, there are much nicer apartments in the area.

Booking was made easy via Expedia. Once all booked, I received a message from the Hotel informing me of the main pool closure for repair. I have sent them an email to let them know of my disappointment and that they should mention it on Expedia as it is a crucial part of a stay (no reply received). I have also sent an email to ask how to book massages (no reply received). The pool part of it was not an issue after all as they have a second large pool with lots of sunbeds. Lots of activities organised during the day and evening (sangria making, aquagym, karaoké, pétanque, disco to name a few). The all inclusive option was an extra £17 for the week and you get what you paid for (cheap products and low quality but lots of it). Breakfast served from 7.30am. Good selection with eggs, meat, beans, hash browns, bread, fruits, cheese and all you expect on a continental and hot buffet. Hot drinks and juice station. Snack buffet in the bar area available from 12 noon. Lunch buffet served in the restaurant from 1pm and dinner from 6.30pm. Salad buffet, hot food with saucy meat of fish, dessert (did not touch them did not like the selection (cheap) but some people loved it). Drink buffet (including beer, juice, wine etc, all on tap for self service). You are not going there for a gastronomic experience. The room was great and large with a balcony and views of the pool and sea. Separated lounge area (with a fridge) and bedroom with king size bed (very comfortable). Lots of plugs as well as usb plugs to charge phones. Bathroom was large and clean.
The local area is rather nice and clean. Lots of restaurant and bars. Lots of walk to do on the coast with nice sandy beaches (Black sand but not as black as Tenerife). Can easily walk to Costa Teguise and Puerto Calero. Lots of bike hire companies with scooters 🛴 for those who do not walk. Lots ofTaxis available outside the hotel. 6€ for 3 miles.
The team in general, in the restaurant , bar and housekeeping were very nice and friendly. Check in/out was done by the same person, nice and friendl. However, the man in a black suit on Saturday but have better communication skills (not friendly and quite aggressive). Overall, a very nice time. Thank you all for making a great vacation. Would I book it again? Definitely!
