Isabeli Fontana has endorsed Botox in a candid interview about how to overcome ageing in modelling. And, for this Victoria's Secret Angel at least, cosmetic procedures are the way forward.

“A little bit of Botox is not bad,” she told the Sunday Times. “Botox can change your face a lot, so it has to be very subtle, but if you don’t do it, age will mark your skin, and I don’t like that at all.”

However, the 35-year-old is not keen on fillers, which she says "can look made up and odd". Fontana - who has modelling since she was 12 - combats age spots by having them removed with lasering and uses the same method to keep facial muscles tight.

“Maybe in 10 years’ time it wouldn’t kill me if I did a little lift," she laughs.

Despite the cosmetic procedures and her toned physique, she admits that she still feels insecure when she puts on her bikini or one-piece.

“I always feel bloated in swimwear," she says. "We all judge ourselves so much and see ourselves differently to how others see us. I don’t feel perfect. I am not perfect, but everyone should be friends with their bodies, and yoga helped with that."
