Charming chalet-like hotel
Visibly, effort was expended into the decoration and level of service provided, going for a boutique-like chalet atmosphere. The training (probably from an école hôtelière) of the staff was visible, although sometimes inflexible in a French way :-) (Speaking as a Frenchman...) and not attuned to a professional's schedule (but their market is not the corporate world). Although this was to be a once-only stay, I hope to have the opportunity to return.

Pour un séjour détente ce n'est que du bonheur,le cadre de l' hotel avec une décoration un peu osée mais de très belle facture, offre un dépaysement total.La chambre spacieuse,fonctionnelle,décorée avec une originalitée décallée est chaleureuse.Beaucoup de recherche avec un soin du détail qui s' approche de la perfection!!!Le personnel est remarquablement aimable.Le restaurant offre la possibilité de faire connaissance avec une cuisine raffinée et recherchée.Les petits déjeuners sans donner plus de détails sont....TOP.point de départ pour de très belles randonnées.magnifique emplacement,à faire absolument et à refaire....!

pas a la hauteur
très déçu par cet hôtel qui n'est pas a la hauteur de ce qui est annoncé a notre arrivée notre chambre qui était réservée avait été attribuée a un autre client , pour nous faire patienter l’hôtesse d’accueil nous a proposé de nous offrir une boisson pour le désagrément puis nous a dit que nous allions être surclasser . bof ! la boisson gratuite m'a été facturée ma réclamation écrite est restée sans réponse le point positif a été le repas et la qualité de la cuisine quand au service il a été un peu gâché par un problème de personnel . dans la description de la chambre il est inutile de mettre pantoufles et peignoir car ils étaient absents
