Staff was friendly. Very conveniently located - close to dining, shopping, transport, etc. Hotel is basic - finishings are poor in elevator and rooms. It is not luxury or close to luxury at all. Woke up with bug bites on my legs the first night and they moved me to another room the second night.

Great hotel. This was my second stay and I cannot compliment them enough. Amazing, helpful staff that treats you like one of the own. Great location, close to restaurants, tunnel, easy walking to touristy shopping. Nice spacious rooms, delicious and abundant breakfast. Will definitely be staying here again.

Easy access and walkable to nice areas in Istanbul. The area is a bit noisy specially weekends. Strange reception area as it’s a bar then a corridor to get to the lift for the rooms

Dosh is very well spoken manager and addresses very politely, rooms surprisingly are very quiet comapred to the area where its situated at, though am sure on weekends its would be buizzing, however sound proofing is not bad. Short walk tonistiklal but mind it, its an uphill walk for couple of minutes. Suites are amazing, nice color choices, very clean and pleasant. Toilets could have been better but the small kitchen and dining area overcomes that shortfall. Definitely a good choice

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was amazing, with a lot of space and comfortable. The hotel’s restaurant offers great food! I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

A basement room #610 with walking steps noises over your head all night long, the safety box was broken and not working, the bathroom need to be in better shape and it is asking for a better maintenance.

We stayed a few days in this hotel and had a very pleasant stay! The location was great and the staff were welcoming. The walk to this place is wonderful and very close to the metro making is more accessible. I would love to come back to this place. Great place, very comfortable.

We booked a Superior Room for 3 days. The room is very large and taste fully decorated. The hotel is located centrally near the Galata Tower. The metro station is a short walk. The staff was courteous. Special thanks to Alper, Ilyas and Sayeid for making our stay pleasant.

Best place to stay in Istanbul. Very convenient location right next to the metro and the most helpful staff. I was in Istanbul for a long layover and there was so better place to stay in than Ansen suites. The staff who work there are what makes this place amazing, very professional and helpful. They truly care for their customers

The property is in a great location, steps from the Metro, which is accessible by the new Metro link to IST international airport. The staff was wondeful, the room huge, well furnished and very confortable. The cafe and bakery on the first floor is wonderful to hang for coffee in the morning/day and later in the evening for dinner or just a fine glass of wine. I was there on business, and planning to return with my wife for vacation.

Great location, good staff would visit again.
We stayed for a few days before we checked in to another place for a wedding we were attending. Much better than we imagined it would be and room was great! Staff were very helpful, friendly and entertained the the young one when they could. Ha I’d stay again and would have changed our booking for the next few days if we could. Only thing I would have said is just drop the price on the beer a little but it’s a business and not overly price.

I dont usually write reviews but this hotel is absolutely the best. The people who work there are the kindest and sweetest I’ve met. They were super nice and accommodating and made our trip definitely more special. It felt like home and the rooms are spacious. Its also located in a very nice trendy yet quite neighborhood and few minutes away from the metro. Highly recommend, I wouldn’t think of any other hotel :)

What I liked was the staff, the area and the hotel was really nice. However this hotel at night became a night club on the last night I was kept up by people who were using the only public toilet which was right outside my bedroom door. I was awoken to the sounds of a party outside my room. This went on until after 4am.. In my opinion this room should not be a bedroom it's to close to the public toilets..and the club was very busy in the evening. If you like peace and quiet this hotel is NOT for you.....

The worst place that I ever stayed.
First of all, I did never write down bad reviews on hotels before. But I have to write the things about Ansen Suites. I stayed at the 1st floor, upper floor from the pub. You will hear the crazy music sound and base sound till 4 am. Plus, I checked out from this hotel just after one night even though I booked many nights. Some of the guys from the pub came upside to the stairs that I stayed and they smoke weeds. The smoke came inside my room so I felt dizzy. The night shift manager recognized the whole things so he promised me the refund. But still, they deny the refund. You can experience the worst experience in Istanbul from here. You should be very careful. And the there is a lot of dusts on the floor and you can see the terrible bathroom as well.

I enjoyed the Comfortable, clean & spacious rooms! The location is also perfect close to the subway & walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops & bars. I didn’t want to stay in the tourist area but we were still close enough that it cost $7 USD to get there by taxi. All the hotel staff was super friendly & accommodating with any request. I enjoyed my stay & will come back again :)
