The most beautiful, clean comfortable welcoming hotel we’ve ever stayed in ( over many years of traveling). They’ve thought of everything you would want for a luxurious experience. It was so tropical, inside and out with lots of nooks and crannies you could escape the sun which shined the whole time during our visit. Staff are extremely lovely and helpful. Food was fabulous with such a great choice. We felt it was a Tropical paradise as soon as you step out of your room, with Palms and exotic trees and fish ponds ( I could go on and on🙂). Happy birds in a lovely huge cage fed and cleaned daily, with lots of fruit to eat and baby birds to feed. Several swimming pools around . WE WILL BE GOING BACK.

We were changed to the Cordial from the Livvo hotel in the harbour, and think we dodged a bullet! Noisy roadworks outside it, whereas the Cordial was quiet. A super hotel with loads of greenery and plants. Well maintained and helpful staff. Some criticised the food, but we found plenty of choice, well presented and prepared.

Just returned from an enjoyable week at this hotel. The rooms do require modernization and refurbishment. Towels are poor, grey thin and hard. The gardens are excellent and the hotel is spotlessly clean, WiFi is also excellent. Breakfast is good but insufficient staff to serve coffee and clear tables. Coffee is not good. Evening entertainment is reasonable but no animation team support, all finished by 10:00 pm. Cliental is mostly seniors and young families.

Hotel is in need of improvement and the grey thin towels are a disgrace.Location to the lovely resort is great. The gardens and pools are ok , the sun beds need a go clean ! Some petty rules around lunch was annoying. One very rude waitress.

An absolutely beautiful place for a truly relaxing holiday. Super dinning out restaurants offering a wide range of cuisine. Something for everyone young and old.
