Villa Montgo was a fabulous project that was constructed sitting below the Montgo mountain in Javea. The plot was flat and around 1500 square metres.
The couple who had an interior design company in Scotland were relocating to the town of Javea and wanted to have a hands on experience constructing in Spain. They gelled with the architect Pepe Giner who listened to their requirements and designed the villa and presented with the original render that is included in the slideshow.
The villa was constructed by Lopez Dos over a period of around 16 months and was delivered on budget and on time.
