There are six swimming pools in total, located in two differentiated areas – a livelier activity zone which appeals more to families, and a quieter area for those who are seeking relaxation. There’s a lap pool with lanes and two children’s pools – water activities are organised daily in the summer months (including water polo). Sunbeds and palm-dotted gardens encompass the swimming pool landscapes.

Sports facilities include a mini-golf course, a football pitch (with artificial grass) and two tennis courts. You can play beach volleyball or pool, rent mountain bikes (for a charge) or participate in aqua yoga or aqua aerobics classes. Younger members of the family will enjoy frolicking in the playground which is equipped with a climbing frame, swings, and playhouse. For supervised fun, there’s also a kids’ club where children from the age of four years old can try a range of fun activities.

At Aguamarina Club, the whole family can watch live shows and performances, and the mini disco incorporates an entertaining mascot character. It includes a video game room, a bar and terrace. In the hotel gardens, you will find a Wi-Fi area and a basic spa offers massage services in the daytime.

El Mirador Restaurant serves a healthy buffet spread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A wide choice of Spanish and international dishes are presented here, and you can enjoy live cooking shows. A children’s buffet is also available on select dates. Alternatively, head to the sprawling El Boulevard Restaurant for dinner. Offering a lively atmosphere, this venue hosts theme buffet nights, although its opening times are subject to occupancy and it may close in the low season. For authentic Italian fare, visit Restaurante Venecia A La Carte, where you can order a range of fresh vegetable, meat, fish, pasta and pizza dishes.

For a lighter alfresco lunch, try La Cabane Pool Bar which offers an outdoor terrace overlooking the pools. The mini buffet features popular fare such as chips, sandwiches, and salads, and you can order a wide selection of drinks and ice creams. Don’t forget to come here in the evenings, as sweet crepes are on the menu. Elsewhere, you will find Bar Premium Plaza which is reserved for adults-only, or Bar El Galeón which is located in the resort’s quieter area. Bar El is inside El Boulevard Restaurant and serves creative cocktails, while El Kiosco is an additional poolside bar. You can also order drinks at the Aquamarina Club.
