WELCOME TO ARVILLA'S HOUSES. Properties professionally managed by us owners, always available for you and all our guests. Different solutions available. - Two-room semi-attic apartment with terrace, SLEEPS 4 - Villa with 2 bedrooms and veranda, SLEEPS 8; - Villa with 6 bedrooms, veranda and terrace, 18 BEDS. Imagine waking up on a hot summer day, a good coffee on the veranda, a shower towel and now dive into the water!! This is the privilege of staying in our villas. It also enjoys an excellent geographical position, 250 meters from the beach and strategic for excursions and discovering the beauty and history of Sicily. In fact, just 4 km away you can take the motorway junction which will quickly take you to other equally beautiful and interesting places in Sicily.
- IN THE SURROUNDING AREA: Bar, pub, restaurant, pizzeria, 3 supermarkets, railway station, petrol station. Furthermore, 1 km away is the Campofelice di Roccella seafront with various refreshment points and beautiful equipped beaches. - In the surrounding villages, markets and various festivals are held on different days with a thousand tastings of the typical and local products of our land. Remember that Sicily is also FOOD :) - LEISURE ACTIVITIES not to be missed: Paddle, surfing with snorkelling in the blue sea of Cefalù; Quad excursions to the paths of the Madonie Natural Park; Boat excursions; Dinghy excursions to the Tiberius Gorges; Adventure Park; Water park, wellness centre, sailing and diving, rental of pedal boats, canoes, gym and much more. Outside the complex you can go for walks without the noise of cars immersed in nature.
