very comfortable and spacious residence with the possibility of using the (mediocre) services of the adjacent hotel. But too hasty cleaning, poor maintenance, and little, very little friendliness on the part of the busy and indifferent owners. It seems that the objective is to maximize cash by postponing (indefinitely) investments. I don't think I will return.

Hotel located in the center of Pinzolo. Equipped with all the needs that satisfy various age groups. Excellent location. Excellent food. Excellent cleanliness of the swimming pool rooms. Very friendly staff and attentive to the needs of their customers. Suitable for those with small children in the weaning phase (baby food service, kettle in the room). We will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed in this hotel for a week from 1st to 8th January during the Christmas holidays: what can I say, everything was beautiful and organized even for those who don't ski like me, beautiful excursions in the morning and the "unique" snowshoeing at sunset, organized by the Mrs Cecilia. Good and varied food, the vegetable buffet much appreciated. The last gem is the wonderful Spa, with the outdoor hydro tub, total relaxation. A special thanks to the 2 great and tireless sisters, Mrs. Cecilia and Maria. In short, I highly recommend the Hotel Canada.

Nice place to visit, hotel in line with my expectations....good holidays...for those who want to walk and take the cable car...as well as visiting Madonna di Campiglia, near Pinzolo...good excursions...

We stayed at this hotel this week and unfortunately we will be leaving tomorrow. The hotel is beautiful, fantastic wellness area with heated swimming pool and hydromassage tub; the location is perfect as you can reach the lifts on foot with skis on your shoulders and it is also very central. Excellent cuisine with a wide choice of dishes, generous portions and great kindness from the dining room staff. The entertainer Giorgio is also very nice and organizes walks for non-skiers and entertains guests in the evening with fun games. The hotel is very well organized and offers all the services for an ideal ski holiday with an excellent quality/price ratio. We hope to return soon!

Con la mia famiglia (bimbi di 5 e 7 anni) e con una coppia di amici abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel nella prima settimana di gennaio. Ci siamo trovati molto bene: l'hotel ha il suo punto forte nella posizione essendo collocato a 200 m a piedi dell'impianto di risalita verso Prà Rodont. La struttura è dotato di spazi molto ampi al pian terreno per trascorrere i momenti liberi nel corso della giornata e dopo cena. La sala dedicata alla colazione è collocata al piano -1 ed è davvero molto ampia. Il buffet a colazione è servito: il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. La sala da pranzo dove abbiamo cenato ha forse degli spazi un pò più ristretti ma questo non toglie nulla alla piacevolezza della cena, grazie anche ad un servizio rapido, cortese ed attento alle richieste rivolte. La scelta dei piatti è sempre stata piuttosto ampia e le pietanze sono sempre state di nostro gradimento. Le camere sono molto essenziali e tradiscono un'età maggiore e di conseguenza il loro stato complessivo. Ma questo non ha tolto nulla alla piacevolezza del soggiorno sebbene talvolta la temperatura in camera non fosse del tutto piacevole ma troppo bassa. L'hotel è dotato anche di piscina e zona SPA: la prima ha delle dimensioni limitate che la rendono caotica quando vi sono una ventina di persone. Anche la zona SPA non eccelle per dimesioni ma garantisce un servizio minimo accettabile. Il parcheggio esterno ci ha permesso di lasciare l'auto con serenità. L'hotel è dotato anche di parcheggio chiuso a pagamento ma di cui non abbiamo usufruito. Ski room molto ampia. In sostanza, struttura assolutamente consigliata!

Ottima posizione. Non mi piace la colazione senza buffet perché si crea fila e si perde tempo, migliorabile la varietà dell offerta e da inserire prodotti tipici. Brutto trovare martellate e miele confezionati in un hotel 4 stelle. Alla colazione darei voto 1. Carina la spa. Camera confortevole anche se in Trentino mi aspettavo il piumone non la vecchia coperta di lana, in camera freschino con termo non regolabile (anche dopo richiesta). Cena buona ma tiepida. Anche qui da ampliare il buffet verdure. Bar ben servito e gentili. Frigobar solo su richiesta, almeno L’ acqua da mettere.

Ottima posizione. Colazione varie e abbondante. Personale gentile e disponibile. La camera a noi assegnata assolutamente da ristrutturare. La moquette non si può guardare. Il retro dell'hotel dove si passa per andare nella stanza deposito scarponi/sci sembra una discarica. Scomodo anche l'accesso.
