Where can I register and when is the deadline?
The registration form can be found on the registration tab of this website. Choose the modality and through the Rockthesport platform fill in the data to participate. Registration will be open until one week before the event or until the maximum number of runners is reached.
What does registration include?
Right to run the chosen modality, Trail Vilaflor technical T-shirt, food during the competition, isotonic drinks, energy food, medical assistance during the race and security, rescue and aid; civil liability insurance; technical information about the race, minute-by-minute monitoring on social networks.
Can I change mode?
It will be allowed up to 30 days before the race. If the change is to a higher mode, the rider shall pay the corresponding difference. Participants who request a downgrade will not receive a refund.
What are the mandatory race materials?
The compulsory equipment will depend on the modality in which you participate. We recommend that you read the regulations.
How can I use the check-out cloakroom?
Participants will be able to hand in their personal belongings up to 20 minutes before the start in a closed bag or rucksack which will be marked with the race bib number. This can be collected at the finish line at the end of the race, any bag not collected at the end of the race will be donated to charity. The organisation is not responsible for loss or misplacement.
Are there medals?
Yes. Each and every participant who crosses the finish line will receive a medal exclusive to their participation.
Is there a runner’s fair?
Yes. As every year, in the Plaza Hermano Pedro in Vilaflor de Chasna. The main sponsors of Trail Vilaflor will have their respective spaces. The runner’s fair will be open from Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 and on Saturday during the entire race schedule.
Can I receive refreshments outside the designated areas?
No, except in the case of relief. Receiving help outside the refreshment posts marked by the organisation entails a penalty and possible disqualification.
