The beach access was great and the spa sessions were done professionally with a welcoming atmosphere. The food was well prepared and nicely presented.
The animation team could improve in their interaction with guests. it was a true 5-star experience and the friendly staff really stood out.

The hotel facilities were fantastic, with direct access to the beach and a beautiful design. The food was nice and elegantly presented, and the SPA services were very professional, particularly the hammam treatments. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
Not all of the staff spoke English, which made it difficult to communicate at times. Though they were very friendly and helpful, it was still a bit frustrating.

This hotel was a wonderful experience with excellent facilities in a prime location with direct access to the beach. The staff was very friendly and provided great service from cleaning to restaurant service and the restaurant even provided a thoughtful goodbye gift with a box of baklava. The hotel also had a well-designed SPA and the hammam treatments were professionally executed in a friendly atmosphere.
The hotel has a language barrier to overcome with not all staff speaking English fluently which can be a downside.

We enjoyed an amazing stay at this hotel right next to the beach. The facilities were top-notch, and we particularly loved the clean and beautifully designed rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our entire stay. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a thoughtful gift from the chef upon our departure. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The service was exceptional, staff members were polite and friendly, especially the restaurant chef who gave us a thoughtful parting gift. The spa center was well-equipped with a sauna, steam room, and multiple treatments which were professional and relaxing. The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. The hotel's location was great, providing direct beach access and an entertainment room for guests.
The animation team could have been more engaging and interactive with guests. However, this was a minor issue and didn't affect the overall quality of the hotel.
