North stood with her arms raised and her hands on her head in the photo as she wore a red Chicago Bulls T-shirt while accessorizing with stacks of embellished crystal earrings, rings and bracelets on both wrists. She completed her dripped-out look with a bejeweled headpiece, a crystal choker and a chunky necklace. Kim also posted a black-and-white shot of the same photo of North in the post.
