I traveled with my husband and our four month old baby in July. I would not stay here with a family. The overall vibe felt very low budget.

      Positives:

This hotel is across the street from the beach, some rooms have a view of the ocean, the housekeeping staff were incredibly helpful, the bar made great drinks and pizzas.

      Negatives:
      1. The hotel isn't reliably buggy/park/stroller accessible. You have to walk up stairs or an elevator to get to the hotel entrance. This elevator was broken at least twice a day. The hotel staff would not help me up and down the stairs when I wanted to go out of the hotel on my own. With a broken elevator I either had to carry my stroller up and down stairs or use the service elevator which the staff were very reluctant to let me use. The hotel reception staff gave me a hard time about it. I found it on my own and used it anyway.

      2. Indoor hotel elevators were tiny, and not air conditioned. An elevator was only big enough to fit myself, my stroller and my husband.

      3. No room service.

      4. Lobby and restaurant were not air conditioned. The in-room air conditioning barely worked.

      5. Restaurant and breakfast Buffett were not good.

      6. Rooms were clean but tiny. Beds had a sheet on them but no comforter. Mattress was extremely firm.

      Other things to know
      - You're steps away from the beach.

      - Hotel was quiet

      - Reception charges a 10€ deposit for pool towels and only accepts cash.

      - restaurant's breakfast and dinner are buffet options only

      - Taxis can't pull all the way into the hotel, you'll be dropped off on the street.

Expect to be nickeled and dimed here. Every request will cost you. The hotel has many rules (no extra blankets, 20 euro deposit on towels) and many of the employees do not speak English. It it quite far from Palma and you need to take a taxi to get there. The hotel's restaurant is really a cafeteria style buffet. The food choices are extremely limited, repetitive and overpriced. We wanted to eat our cafeteria food outside and we were told that would cost us extra. Why? We don't know. The manager then came over demanding our room number and hovering over us as we ate. Two positives is that the hotel was clean and quiet.
