Location, view, hotel overall, pools, food, drinks, evenings, beach, everything was great, if you don't need anything from the hotel's staff and everything is clear you will have a good stay and have fun.
Traveling while working, cannot get the tax invoice for my stay after over a month. We had a pleasant stay overall, but the staff was very unhelpful sorting out booking issues before the stay and now after a month from checking out there still is no tax invoice. Obviously this has been checked at booking time and all details given, but still. Hotel staff saying they cannot emit an invoice at all because the payment was to booking. After chatting with booking and the hotel, they finally emitted an invoice, but not for my company. Again they keep on saying that they cannot emit invoices because the payment has been made to booking. Funny that the booking's customer relations is unhelpful too. They say they wrote to the hotel but the hotel is inaccessible, the phone does not seem correct and for sure hotel itself should provide the invoice. All this might seem funny, but traveling while working and having this issue is not funny. Avoid this hotel staff at all costs, they are able to create complicated issues and don't feel responsible for their clients.

A nice hotel with an untouched beach spot and staff is really nice. Menu should be improved
Private beach is really nice and the sea really beautiful Rooms were new Staff was very friendly, just one accident with the bartender at the pool, who said, in a rude tone, to wait for him to serve the 10 people on the line their drink before giving the towel.
Rooms were not clean (floors in the room often dirty, balcony was never cleaned, mirrors were dirty) WIFI in the room was not working, even after reporting it nothing has been fixed. Food: local food was very good but the rest was of poor quality. The recommendation is to decrease the number of choices and focus on fewer options while increasing quality Gym was very dirty and not well maintained

Very Good
The rooms were very comfortable, the view from our balcony was lovely. The pool area was very nice and they provided pool/beach towels. There was a wide selection of food and it was changed every night. Restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and attentive. The receptionists were helpful, and the shuttle driver was always chatty. We had a great stay! Thank you!
The room cleaning wasn't fantastic - we had to ask for a new shower wash as it wasn't being replaced, and the towels weren't changed regularly. The evening entertainment was a bit lacking but wasn't too problematic as it was peaceful and quiet. Information on getting to the hotel from Corfu wasn't great, maybe going forward some instructions would be good or perhaps an airport shuttle service?
