In some places the property seems a bit old but by no means that is something that should put you off.

the hotel is not the newest but WITH LOVE and no tasteless modernity. HIGHLY recommended in Arenal

- my room was very very nice ! with a great view <3 - the bed was realy good. - The breakfast (8:00-10:00) was worth it and the waiters very nice and friendly.!

- the wifi was bad - in the shower was a very small shower head with a low water pressure. It was ok but it could be ways better ,- maybe because i been in the 4th floor.

Room had good space and the breakfast was good and pleasant. Workers always waiting for us with a smiley face. Located next to the beach so you could choose if you wanted to swim in the sea or stay in the hotel's pool

Nice affordable stay, worth the price

Very convenient location, close to the beach, very clean and staff were very nice. Nice to have a pool also.

We really would have appreciated a small fridge.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, basic facilities

It was clean, location was good, staff was well-behaved.

The facilities in the rooms are very basic compared to the room rent. No bodywash or soap provided in the bathrooms.

Great location, night life nearby, beach in front. Great restaurant at ground floor with awesome view. The staff were very helpful and kind. Overall perfect.

Good for explorers, then u came back only for sleep and shower.

Place, view from window, good places to eat, drinking and partying just under hotel, markets, beach everything near. Conditioner.

Great cheap stay next to the beach

The staff at this hotel were absolutely great! The hotel is pretty outdated but still had its charm location next to a very busy party area but next to the beach.

The hotel is pretty outdated and it’s located in the middle of the party area which actually didn’t bother us that much but I understand it may bother other people.
