Great location in the heart of the city with easy access to public transportation & city attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly, welcoming us with a complimentary drink and offering helpful recommendations. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and was delicious.
The room had a strong musty smell and the air conditioning wasn't working properly, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The bathroom was poorly cleaned and the shower pressure was low.

the pool is truly amazing. we greatly enjoyed this hotel's staff and breakfast. passengers design store is located within a walking distance of the venue.

The staff was lovely and we enjoyed the lounge bar. The room design was modern.

The hotel has a great location, allowing easy access to nearby attractions on coach, and it is also on the beach. it is away from the night club, which provides a quieter environment. Some reviews highlight the pool area as a plus, as well as the kind staff. Breakfast was available, but not very exciting. Some rooms have a nice view and Wi-Fi is usually included.
Some guests did not have a good experience with the bathroom, and found it dirty or outdated.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was in close proximity to the convention center and the airport, making my commute stress-free. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to meet all my needs. The fitness center was also a great bonus, allowing me to stay active during my stay.
The noise level was a bit high, especially in the evening. While I appreciated the wide variety of entertainment options, it was hard to get a good night's sleep with all the noise.
