Great food, stunning views, friendly staff. A spa to relax and a private beach to soak up the sun. Safety features are on point.

Clearly, I enjoyed everything so much that I can't think of a single negative thing to say! Oh well, better luck next time.

The hotel is located next to the beach.

Hotel is listed as a five star but at most it is a 3 star. The rooms are very small, and old. Air conditioning did not work properly and they tried to repair it 3 times during our stay and still nothing at nights it got really warm and could not get a good night sleep. Most of the hotel staff were indifferent to the guests there. The food was boring and if it was not because of the salads I would have not eaten there at all. I had the all inclusive package, if drinking is not your major factor then I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location to the bodrum center (castle and bar street).

Service was weak, especially the reception. They were very unorganized. The food was just OK. Very bland. For the price it was all just ok. We have come to except the standards in Turkey (5=4 star 4=3 star, etc... )

Nice sea view from the room.

Do not trust them!!! I had reservation for 5 days. When I arrived they informed me that I can stay only 2 days and I had to search a new hotel for the rest of the days. There wasn't any support from front desk!!! Additionally room was not clean (especially floor) and heating wasn't operating.

The continental breakfast had a fresh omelette station that was amazing. The location was unreal with breathtaking views. The lunch and dinner options were always satisfactory. The walk into town in the evenings was delightful with...

The first day they gave me a room which was not facing the sea but the second day they changed me to a room with a view in front of the bay which was very nice

I think I got Samonella by the way the food was laying out all day. Additionally, it was impossible to get any water, pop, juice unless you asked so the all inclusive was useless. I might as well have paid for everything. By the time I got one coke it took 30 minutes and dinner was over. Additionally, the whole hotel is not AC and is extremely hot.

The price/quality ratio is horrendous. Rooms are like that of a small family run pension, but they are charging the money of a luxury boutique hotel. The receptionist was slow and uncaring while we had to rush to catch a ferry.

Great location by the beach and close to the city center. Clean and well-maintained hotel facilities. Staff is helpful, friendly, and provides great service. Breakfast offers a fresh selection of continental and hot options.

During our Xmas stay, we were pleased with the variety of food options offered at the hotel's restaurant. The buffet had a good selection of dishes, including some traditional holiday favorites. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions. It was conveniently situated close to the beach, allowing us to take leisurely walks and enjoy the beautiful coastal views. The hotel also provided easy access to the town center, making it convenient to go shopping and explore local restaurants.

One aspect that we were not satisfied with was the limited availability of reliable internet service. The hotel's internet connection was weak and often unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected and use online services.
