Reviews of Cairo Pyramids Hotel

Lauren
Its location was marvellous and prime, by the main pathway, and in a nice area. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel.

Original and safe hotel, our stay was excellent.
Stayed here for 7 days, loved the hotel, it was clean with favourable and ideal location to Khairy in the restaurant. The staff were accommodating and provided a friendly service.

Chris
This was a good and absolutely perfect location very close to cairo pyramids, the fitness center and that restaurant. It also was right across the street from the new museum. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful and included.
-
Sam
Superfriendly and really polite staff, breakfasts were exceptionally good.
Overall rooms were cheap and tidy and had a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe.
-
Justin
Really enjoyed particularly good and tasty breakfasts.
In general I had neat, airy room, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was very close to the centre. And it's within walking distance of Koshary el Pasha, ate there once or twice.

The hotel had spacious rooms and a lovely pool. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices. We also enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff, both at the main restaurant and the poolside one where we had dinner. Additionally, the hotel's location was a key advantage, as it was within a short distance of the Giza pyramids, and we could even enjoy a view of the pyramids from certain parts of the property.
The front desk staff were incredibly inefficient and sometimes even rude. They definitely need customer service training.

Tim
Polite staff. Good breakfast.
Tired rooms with different smells - paints and sewers.

Staff needs more training on service and how to handle their guests. I was provided initially with two rooms on a terrible location, when I asked for a replacement I was told no availability. And when I made a fuss, I was provided with two rooms of perfect location close to the pool!!!!! Room cleanliness was an issue as well as we found hair traces on the toilet on checking in. TV remotes in both rooms were hardly working using old bitten batteries. Food quality was inconsistence although it was acceptable. It has been a while since I visited this Movenpick hotel, but I remener it was far better years ago than what it has become now.

It was very comfortable experience, didn't want to say goodbye.
Hotel was relaxing, rooms were cheap and good looking. The staff was exceptionally nice & exceptional. The restaurant here was excellent from the menu at the other on-site restaurant, we both ordered hot dishes.

Norman
The room we had included a minibar, satellite TV, and climate control.

Samuel
Breakfast with many international options. Superb service, although a few employees were very unprofessional. The location was favourable and perfect, just 5 min walk from a planned museum. I ate in the outdoor restaurant nearby.
The room had bad views.

During our stay at Cairo Pyramids Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning view of the Pyramids from our balcony. It was truly a sight to behold and made our experience unforgettable. The hotel itself had a lovely garden and well-maintained pool areas, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom. The buffet offered a good variety of dishes, though some could have been warmer. The beautiful flowers in the lobby and other areas added a touch of elegance to the hotel. The friendly and helpful staff were always available to assist us. we had a great stay and would gladly recommend this hotel.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and well taken care of by the hotel staff. The receptionist, Naseem, was fantastic and made me feel welcome. The management even sent a birthday cake to my room based on my passport information, which was a thoughtful and personal touch. The bar and food at the hotel were excellent as well.
Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints.

Functional rooms and new-fashioned with 5 star quality as well as wonderful views. Marvellous and stunning location in Giza, next to an outdoor restaurant which has food and the main Resturant and the garden.
