Modified 2008 Mercedes-Benz CLK63 AMG Black Series

This 2008 Mercedes-Benz CLK63 AMG Black Series is one of 500 produced, and it was modified by Renntech and Evosport under previous ownership. The car is finished in black over black leather and is powered by a 6.2-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed AMG Speedshift automatic transmission. Equipment includes carbon-fiber accents, automatic climate control, and navigation. Modifications include long-tube performance headers, an Evosport 3″ stainless-steel exhaust system without catalytic converters, an OS Giken limited-slip differential, a lowering spring kit, a Renntech tune, an Evosport bolt-in roll bar, and a carbon-fiber front splitter and rear diffuser. The car was first registered in California and spent time in Illinois, Georgia, and Florida before being acquired by the seller in April 2017 and moved to Kentucky. This CLK63 AMG Black Series is offered with a removable carbon-fiber rear wing, four carbon-fiber Dymag wheels, service records, a Carfax report, and a clean Kentucky title in the seller’s name.

The body is finished in Black (040), and cosmetic details distinguishing the Black Series from the standard CLK include a 3″ wider track, DTM-inspired flared wheel arches, a carbon-fiber deck lid spoiler, and carbon-fiber-reinforced front and rear aprons. A Renntech carbon-fiber front splitter, rear diffuser, and air ducts have been installed, and an aftermarket carbon-fiber DTM-style removable rear wing is included in the sale. The seller states that the front lower bumper was repaired and repainted, and the Carfax report shows an accident resulting in “minor damage” to the rear of the car in June 2010.
