2005 BMW M3 Coupe ZCP 6-Speed

This 2005 BMW M3 coupe is finished in Alpine White over Imola Red Nappa leather and is powered by a 3.2-liter S54 inline-six paired with a six-speed manual transmission. The car was sold new in Virginia and spent time in Illinois before being acquired by the seller from Enthusiast Auto Group of Cincinnati, Ohio in 2011 and relocated to Wisconsin. Features include the Competition and Cold Weather Packages, along with H&R lowering springs, Tuner Motorsports front caster plates and rear camber arms, a Shark Injector ECU chip, and a short throw shift kit. This E46 M3 shows 87k miles and is now offered with owner’s manual, service records, spare parts, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Wisconsin title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Alpine White III (300) and features Dynamic Stability Control, xenon headlights, fog lights, clear turn signal lenses, a rear lip spoiler, and quad exhaust outlets. Close-up photos of the paint are provided in the gallery below.

Factory 19″ M cross-spoke wheels are fitted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires that measure 225/45 up front and 255/40 out back and should be replaced per the seller. The ZCP Competition Package added larger cross-drilled brake rotors and a quicker steering ratio than the standard M3. The brake pads, rotors, and fluid were reportedly replaced during current ownership.

The interior is upholstered in Imola Red Nappa leather with Alu-Tech trim. A short-throw shifter has been installed, and amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, power-adjustable and heated front seats with driver position memory, and a Harman Kardon audio system. The seller notes that the rearview mirror self-dimming fluid has drained and the driver’s side mirror glass is stained.

An Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel frames gray instrumentation including a 185-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a variable redline, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The digital odometer shows 87k miles, approximately 45k of which were added by the seller. The airbag recall has reportedly been addressed.

The 3.2-liter S54 inline-six was factory-rated at 333 horsepower and 262 ft-lb of torque when new. A Shark Injector ECU chip has been added, and a programming module accompanies the vehicle. The seller states that the starter and alternator were replaced in the last 35k miles, an Inspection II service has been performed, and an SPAL High-Flow electric fan conversion has been installed.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a factory limited-slip differential. Rouge Engineering suspension bushings have been fitted, and additional underbody photos can be seen in the gallery. The removed stock springs and other spare parts are included in the sale.

The Carfax report indicates no accidents or other damage and shows registration in Virginia, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Narrated walk-around and cold start videos can be seen below.
