Stayed on the Gold floor. The room was just the average Fairmont king, but what made it memorable were the people that work there.

Well-appointed rooms. We were on a gold floor and it was worth the extra cost. Lounge was great- breakfast and canapés from 5 to 7, staff were amazing. Roselys restaurant was very good. Easy walk to shopping on Ste-Catherine, and very short walk to Bell Centre.
