We stayed at a clean and friendly apartment in Greece for a week in July. We loved the friendly barman Stam, who entertained us with his crazy jokes. The apartment had all the essentials, including a kettle for our morning cuppa. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the maid cleaned the apartment every day. We enjoyed the spacious patio and the option to have air conditioning for a small fee. The location was a pleasant 25-minute walk to Kos Town, passing by the marina, tavernas, and shops. We even had a fun experience renting quad bikes. we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place to couples and families.

The bar and snack bar in the apartments were not up to my posh standards.

We had a great time at this budget hotel! The staff were friendly and the location was ideal, with Kos Town just a short bike ride away. The rooms, although a bit dated, were clean and were cleaned every day.

There were a few minor issues, but nothing major. Some guests mentioned extra charges for air conditioning and the floor not being cleaned properly.

Located in a serene Greek neighborhood, this hotel is an ideal location for a relaxing stay that's not far from the old town and other places. You can also walk to the beach, which is a great location to spend your vacation. The rooms are very clean and the pool area is very nice, with plenty of sunbeds available. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming, and they are always willing to help you with whatever you need.

The shower tray was small and caused water to run down the curtain and onto the floor. Another issue was the air conditioning, which only worked properly in the bedroom but not in the other room.

The rooms at Yiannis Yard Studios & Apartments were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was superb and the nearby beach was just a short walk away. There were also convenient amenities such as a supermarket and good restaurants in the area. The owner even arranged a reasonably priced transfer for us when we arrived late at night. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for me. It was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to various places to eat and the beach was just a short walk away. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were always helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. Lastly, the basic amenities provided were great, and the bar served delicious food throughout the day and evening.

All in all, I couldn't find any major faults with this hotel. Everything was fine.
