From the President’s Desk
It’s an exciting time to be a part of Magnolia
Manor’s ministry. Innovative programs and activities,
thriving campuses, and skilled staff members
all make up Magnolia Manor’s résumé. Yet
the most important aspect of our ministry is our
residents.
I can’t imagine a greater opportunity or privilege
than to serve God’s oldest children. I have the
utmost respect and admiration for each resident.
They bring a wealth of wisdom and experience to our ministry. At
each of Magnolia Manor’s campuses, you’ll find older adults from all
walks of life. Though their numeric age categorizes them as “seniors”,
they are far from the part. Their zest for life is contagious!
An active, enriching retirement lifestyle is paramount at Magnolia
Manor - it’s what we’re about. And, its what our residents desire.
Numerous studies have shown that staying mentally, socially and
physically active is vital to a person’s wellness, particularly older adults,
which is why activity is a key ingredient of Magnolia Manor.
Living at all seven of our campuses are devoted grandparents, mentors,
caregivers, active church members, veterans, athletes, and selfless
volunteers. At an age when many are winding down in the journey
through life, Magnolia Manor’s residents are grasping the golden
years, pursuing purposeful lives. A number of them spend much of
their time volunteering. The article, Priceless Gratification, gives you an
idea of the difference they make in our ministry and in the lives of
others. It’s the first in a seven-part series that will highlight Magnolia
Manor’s countless volunteers. This series is however only a sampling
of the many residents who share their time and talents serving others.
Whether in their Magnolia Manor home, in their community or in
another country, they know no boundaries when it comes to volunteering.
They are ready and willing to offer a helping hand.
Just as our residents are passionate about serving others, Magnolia
Manor’s ministry prides itself in being of service to others - not only
to those we care for, but also to those we work with. In January, the
concept of Servant Leadership, which dates back to the Bible and is
practiced by some of Fortune Magazine’s “500 Best Companies to
Work For”, was introduced to Magnolia Manor. Through a monthly
one-day workshop, Magnolia Manor’s Servant Leadership Committee
is receiving training on how to effectively implement the idea of servanthood
in the department they lead.
As president and CEO, I firmly believe in this new concept and the
invaluable role it will play in our organization. I hope that it will
empower each of our 750 employees to grow both personally and
professionally.
St. Simons Facility Offers
a Full Range of Care
Ceremony Welcomes Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
Magnolia Manor’s President and CEO Mark
R. Todd was joined on March 1 by Bishop B.
Michael Watson, residing bishop of the South
Georgia Annual Conference of the UMC for a
1:00 consecration ceremony and ribbon cutting
for Magnolia Manor of St. Simons Nursing and
Rehabilitation Center.
Comprised of 125 beds, the Nursing and
Rehabilitation Center provides skilled nursing
care and therapy services, and is the final addition
to the Magnolia Manor of St. Simons campus.
It joins the former Heritage Retirement
Community, which Magnolia Manor acquired
October 1, 2004 through a long-term lease
agreement.
President Todd welcomed the group of over
100 residents, staff, supporters and local dignitaries
gathered under a sprawling oak tree at the
front entrance of the Nursing and Rehabilitation
Center.
“Thank you for joining Magnolia Manor today
for this memorable occasion. We look forward
Rev. Jim Rush, superintendent of Epworth By the Sea, visits
with Harriete Haygood, wife of Savannah District
Superintendent David Haygood and Charlene Black, lay leader
of the South Georgia Conference, before the ceremony.
Residents of Magnolia Manor of St. Simons, Shirley
Carlsson and Beth Knighton enjoy front row seats at
the ceremony.
to being an integral part of this community, to
meeting the needs of those we serve and to
making everyone proud of this campus.”
Todd added, “With your support and prayers,
we can accomplish our mission and our goals.”
Rev. Tim Steffen, senior pastor of Wesley at
Frederica UMC opened the consecration ceremony
with a prayer of blessing. Senior pastor
of St. Simons UMC, Rev. Jim Smith followed
with the reading of scripture from the book of
Psalms.
The featured speaker for the ceremony was
Bishop Watson. As he took the podium, he
added to President Todd’s words of enthusiasm
and encouragement by sharing his feeling of
excitement and thanksgiving on the expansion
of Magnolia Manor’s ministry.
“I’m delighted to be here and to celebrate the
growth of Magnolia Manor’s ministry to St.
Simons,” commented Bishop Watson.
100 is
Over the course of 100 years, life brings a lot
of changes – some good and some bad. Yet
for Magnolia Manor of St. Simons resident
Nell Suratt, who celebrated her 100 th birthday
on January 30, the things in her life that have
the most meaning, have remained the same. A
strong family unit, a positive
attitude and compassion
towards others are
what she has built her
long life on. And, at 100,
she continues to enjoy life
as much as she did half a
century ago.
“I don’t feel any different
since turning 100,”
commented Suratt. “It’s
like it hasn’t really dawned
on me yet.”
Born in Brewton,
Georgia, a neighboring
town of Dublin, Suratt
grew up with five brothers and two sisters.
Before settling down with her former husband,
Barnett, she was a registered nurse. Once married,
she and her husband had two sons,
Barnett and Richard - both of who visited
from Florida to spend the birthday weekend
with their mother at her retirement home of
six years.
“This is a real milestone for our family,”
commented Barnett on his mother turning 100.
“We have all looked forward to this day.”
Along with Suratt’s sons, family from as far
away as California converged at Magnolia
Manor of St. Simons to celebrate the momentous
occasion.
4 Magnolia Manor
“We are delighted to
celebrate Mrs. Nell’s
100 th birthday with
her and her family,”
said Tom Cronemeyer,
administrator of
Magnolia Manor of
St. Simons as he welcomed
the group to
the party hosted by the Manor. “You are a special
person and we are glad to have you here.”
In addition to “congratulations” by Magnolia
Manor’s staff and residents, local dignitaries
wished Suratt a wonderful 100 th birthday.
Brunswick Mayor Brad Brown attended the
afternoon gala to read
the Mayor’s Proclamation
while President
and Mrs. Bush sent a
letter of warm wishes.
Before enjoying a
large sheet cake prepared
by a local Island
bakery, the group sang
“Happy Birthday” to
Suratt as she blew out
three candles numbered
1-0-0.
As proud as Suratt
Nell Suratt’s younger son, Richard, gives her a birthday kiss was to be surrounded
before she makes a wish and blows out the candles. by family and friends at
the celebration, there was one person who was
missed. Suratt’s twin sister, Evelyn, who lived
in the Nursing Center, passed away on their
95 th birthday. “We planned to reach 100
together,” said Suratt, “so this is somewhat bittersweet.
This occasion would be even more
special if she were here to celebrate with me.”
With Evelyn in her thoughts, Suratt enjoyed a
memorable 100 th celebration with loved ones
and her Magnolia Manor of St. Simons’ family.
Along with staying in close contact with
family members, she enjoys singing, attending
monthly campus parties and activities, and
Sunday Vesper services. MM

Former Veteran & Resident Honored
with Campus Flagpole
Marcia Bellusci helps members of the Naval
Submarine Base of Kings Bay raise the flag on
the new campus flagpole dedicated in honor of
her husband.
On February 5, Magnolia Manor of St. Marys held an
honorary ceremony to remember an influential former resident.
Lieutenant Colonel Frank Bellusci, retired from the
United States Army, was remembered with the dedication
of the campus flagpole in his honor. The patriotic symbol,
which stands tall on the front lawn of Magnolia
Manor of St. Marys, was donated to the facility by the
Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society.
A native of Missoula, Montana, Bellusci was a decorated
veteran of the United States Army’s Signal Corps, who
after 26 years of active duty, retired in 1966. He was wellknown
for his acts of patriotism, often replacing a faded
or tattered flag with a brand new American flag, which he
carried in the trunk of his car.
He and his wife of 42 years, Marcia, were among the first
residents to move to Magnolia Manor of St. Marys in
December 2003. Following a stroke, Frank passed away
just one year later.
“I am honored to have the opportunity to recognize a
special member of the Greatest Generation, Lt. Colonel
Frank P. Bellusci,” said John Sims, vice president for Operations of Magnolia Manor as he welcomed
the group to the ceremony. “At any one of Magnolia Manor’s campuses, you will find
Armed Forces veterans. We could not be more proud for them to call Magnolia Manor home.”
Participating in the patriotic ceremony were personnel from Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay.
They presented the colors to Marcia, who assisted in the hanging of the flag on the new flagpole.
Magnolia Manor of St. Marys’ friend Brandy Clark sang The National Anthem, which was followed
by the entire group joining together to sing You’re a Grand Old Flag.
An Open House for Magnolia Manor of St. Marys followed the ceremony. Guests and
prospective residents toured the facility and met new administrator Dianne Feine. MM
Following a prayer of consecration, Bishop
Watson joined Mike Hodges, chairman of the
Brunswick-Golden Isles Chamber of
Commerce, President Todd and Tony Thaw, a
Brunswick city councilman for the ribbon cutting.
The audience clapped in excitement as the
banner of green ribbon stretched across the
facility entranceway was cut.
The windy afternoon ceremony concluded in
the Nursing and Rehabilitation Center’s clubroom,
where guests enjoyed refreshments and
fellowship. MM
Viewpoints: Challenging & Exciting Times!
Tom Cronemeyer, Administrator, Magnolia Manor of St. Simons
With the addition of the Nursing and
Rehabilitation Center at Magnolia Manor of St.
Simons, we have accomplished a goal that has
been long sought. In addition to the Americus
campus, Magnolia Manor of St. Simons now provides
all three levels of retirement living on one
campus. Independent Villas, Catered Living and
Assisted Living are now complimented and
strengthened by skilled nursing care and rehabilitation
services.
It has truly been a blessing to me to serve as
administrator as I have enjoyed helping Magnolia
Manor establish a presence here - first with the
wonderful residents, families and staff of the
retirement community, and now with those at the
We might not be able to hammer nails, tote lumber,
shingle a roof, or paint walls, but we certainly
can provide support and love to the Habitat for
Humanity’s House of Faith building crew.
Magnolia Manor of St. Marys’ residents recently
offered their support for the new Habitat for
Humanity house being built
in St. Marys by providing
lunches to those building it.
The home is being constructed
by Habitat for
Humanity-St. Marys, however
they are not doing all the
work alone. Local churches
are offering their assistance
in its labor as well as a group
of 20 students from Milligan
College. When most college
students are at the beach
soaking up the rays during
spring break, these students
from Tennessee selflessly
gave up there vacation to spend the week in
6 Magnolia Manor
Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. There are
many challenges ahead as we shift gears with
the addition of the Nursing and Rehabilitation
Center. As administrator, it is my responsibility to
see that all residents are provided quality care
through unrivaled healthcare and wellness programs.
A wonderful team of professionals
throughout the campus joins me in fulfilling our
mission. Many lives will be forever changed
because of the ministry of Magnolia Manor here.
Structural and aesthetic improvements as well as
changes in organizational philosophy will help us
reach our goals. The St. Simons campus will be
true to Magnolia Manor’s tradition of providing
comfortable housing, services and care in a
Christian atmosphere.
We are very excited about the possibilities in our
bright (sunny) future here on St. Simons Island.
Dianne Feine, Administrator, Magnolia Manor of St. Marys
Kingsland. And that’s where Magnolia Manor of
St. Marys joined in to help.
On March 8, seven residents and employees,
known as the seven dwarfs, worked tirelessly making
sandwiches and preparing lunches for the
group. Resident Marcia Bellusci (Happy) was able
to get fruit and snacks donated by the U.S. Navy
Commissary in Kingsland and a supply of potato
chips was donated by Wal-Mart. Ms. Catherine
Hoey, 96 years old, commented that she felt like
“Grumpy”, but was
supremely devoted to completing
the task. Ms.
Virginia Besley was definitely
“Sleepy”, but she
easily handled the task of
spreading peanut-butter
and jelly on the bread.
Others helping were Ms.
Carol Blondheim (Sneezy),
Ms. Madeline Warren
(Bashful), Marcia Bellusci,
Dianne Feine (Doc), and
Residents Carol Blondheim, Madelyn Warren and Virginia
“But a Samaritan, as he journeyed, came to where he was; and when he saw him, he had compassion.” Luke 10:33
Magnolia Manor Gives Thanks in February
Magnolia Manor celebrated its 30th annual
League Day on Sunday, February 27 with a
church service held in the Martha McDonald
Moore Chapel and a
luncheon. Over 120
supporters of Magnolia
Manor’s League of the
Good Samaritan turned
out for a day of thanksgiving,
despite rainy
weather.
Dr. Joel Dent, former
superintendent of the
Dublin District of the
UMC, who is currently
the minister to older
adults at Pine Forest
UMC in Dublin, was the
guest preacher.
Following the 11:00 a.m. League Day worship
service, Magnolia Manor’s friends and supporters
Todd thanked the group for their financial and
prayerful support of Magnolia Manor’s ministry.
“It’s always a pleasure
to stand before you and
share the wonderful
things taking place in this
ministry, and to say thank
you for your prayers, love
and support. It’s because
of you that Magnolia
Manor’s service to older
adults is possible.”
In 2004, Magnolia
Manor’s supporters contributed
over $450,000 to
the League of the Good
Samaritan. All League funding goes toward resident
support, which provides financial assistance
to those who become unable to pay for
the full costs of care.
In January, Magnolia Manor’s Development
Department added a new staff member. Gary A.
Reynolds, a veteran of the non-profit sector, joined the
Magnolia Manor family as Assistant Vice President of
Development. He will assist Vice President for
Development Mac Willis in Magnolia Manor’s fundraising efforts.
A native of Kokomo, Indiana, Reynolds received a Bachelor of Arts Degree
from Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia. In addition to the B.A. Degree,
he also holds a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Divinity Degree from Texas
Christian University in Fort Worth.
As an ordained minister, Reynolds served congregations of the Christian
Church in Indiana, Ohio, Texas and Missouri for many years before pursuing a
20- year career in fundraising.
Before joining Magnolia Manor, he served as the Director of Development and Operations at
Strategic Wealth, Inc., a management firm for family foundations. Prior to that, he held development
and fundraising positions with organizations affiliated with the Christian Church.
“I’m excited to work with Magnolia Manor because it allows me to continue my ministry in a new,
but familiar setting,” commented Reynolds on his new position. “I look forward to becoming better
acquainted with Magnolia Manor’s residents, staff and volunteers across South Georgia.”
Reynolds and his wife, Melinda, have two sons and one grandson. MM
“Loving Hands of Assistance”
The League of the Good Samaritan
by Rev. Robert Beckum
Vice President for Church Relations
“To the League of the Good Samaritan: My
mother lived at Magnolia Manor for ten years. As
her dementia progressed she was moved to different
sections so that she always received the care she
needed. Words cannot describe the comfort my family
received knowing that mother was in the hands
of such compassionate people. I will always be
thankful for the caring staff of Magnolia Manor
and for the loving hands of assistance extended to
my mother through The League of the Good
Samaritan. Please use this small donation to offer
that hand of love to someone else. I can’t think of
anything that would honor my mother more…”
Letters like the one above remind me who we
serve and how important The League of the
Good Samaritan is in that service. More than
1200 people live at our seven Magnolia Manor
campuses. We can call these people “residents,”
or “clients,” or “patients,” or “church members,”
but 85 % of those who write to thank
The League of the Good Samaritan for helping
their loved one call their loved one “mother.”
Every person we care for is somebody’s loved
one! Staff competence is certainly a benchmark
of quality care, but the heart of caring for
“loved ones” is compassion.
What struck me about this grateful daughter’s
thank you note was how she described the assistance
her mother had received from The
League of the Good Samaritan. She did not say,
“Thank you for the money given to my mother.”
Nor did she say, “Thank you for the plan of
financial assistance that allowed my mother to
remain at Magnolia Manor.” She said, “I will
always be thankful for…the loving hands of assistance
extended to my mother…” That’s how The League
is experienced on the receiving end!
Many of you experience the League on the
giving end. You receive another letter and an
envelope from me asking you to give. I hope
that this daughter’s thank you note, however,
will help you to experience the importance of
your gift to those on the receiving end. Here is
a true miracle enacted again and again. God is
able to take your gifts of money to The League
of the Good Samaritan and transform them
into “hands of love” that touch the life of
somebody’s loved one. If you’ve ever been on
the receiving end of such “loving hands,” then
you understand why Jesus said that mercy and
compassion are at the heart of what it means to
experience life everlasting and to live a life
worth lasting forever (Luke 10:29-37).
Thank you for your financial support which
allows us to extend the hands of God’s love to
the most vulnerable of older adults. MM
Nearly 100% of League
funding comes from
Priceless
Gratification
This is the first of a seven-part series on Magnolia
Manor’s many philanthropic residents.
The Manor Mall, which spans three roooms of the
Retirement Center, is operated by resident Juanita Wilder.
The familiar saying, “one man’s junk is
another man’s treasure” is occasionally true at
Magnolia Manor. Through a biweekly sale of
odds and ends of houseware and other items,
one resident is fulfilling her passion for volunteering.
“This is my field of service,” said Juanita
Wilder, a resident of Magnolia Manor since
1992. “It makes my heart feel good.”
Since she and her husband, Rev. Ray Wilder,
a retired United Methodist minister, moved to
Magnolia Manor nearly 15 years ago, volunteerism
has taken on a new meaning. In
addition to being one of Magnolia
Manor’s most neighborly neighbors, Miss
Juanita runs Magnolia Manor’s indoor yard
sale.
Known by residents and staff as the
Manor Mall, Miss Juanita’s ongoing sale
has done more for Magnolia Manor than
sell a few items that were taking up
space. For the past six years, the Manor Mall,
which spans three rooms of the Retirement
Center with wall to wall unwanted and donated
items from residents and local friends, has
raised over $67,000 – that’s a lot of furniture,
china, books, computers and clothes! The proceeds
from the monthly sales have been used to
redecorate many areas of Magnolia Manor’s
signature building, the Retirement Center.
Profits from the sale are also donated to
Magnolia Manor’s League of the Good
Samaritan.
Miss Juanita’s labor of love began in 1996
when she, along with the help of her husband
and fellow residents, raised money from individuals
and local businesses to have the
Retirement Center’s dining room redecorated.
“The dinning room desperately needed an
upgrade, so we raised enough funds to completely
redo the area,” said Miss Juanita. “The
money came quickly.”
The fast fund-raising amounted to $28,000,
which went towards the purchase of new
chairs, new tables, new pictures and other décor
items.
With one beautification project behind her,
Miss Juanita was ready to begin the next, especially
after seeing all the unused furniture that
was stored in the basement of the Retirement
Center. In 1999, she pitched the idea for a sale
to Magnolia Manor’s administration. With Rev.
Wilder’s 40-year service in the South Georgia
Conference, Miss Juanita had worked at a couple
of true yard sales. “At just about every
Spring 2005 9

church Ray served, we had a rummage sale,”
commented Miss Juanita. “So, this was nothing
new for me.”
That same year, Miss Juanita, along with residents
Hazel Waller and Gladys Ellis, prepared
for Magnolia Manor’s first sale. Unpacking,
cleaning, polishing, organizing and pricing were
all part of the prep work. Since the first sale,
an array of items has been sold, which has led
to several aesthetic enhancements. The
Retirement Center’s front lobby, sectional sitting
rooms, infirmary rooms, bathrooms, and
hallways have all benefited from the Manor
Mall.
According to Miss Juanita, the Manor Mall
is not only a service to the residents and their
home, but it is also beneficial to individuals
who otherwise could not afford these items
brand new.
“I do this for the residents, but I’m certainly
glad to be of help to others,” said Miss Juanita.
“Many employees look forward to sale day and
enjoy shopping at the Manor Mall.”
In her six years of operating the in-house
shop, Mrs. Juanita has accepted any and every
thing. “I’ve never turned down an item,” Miss
Juanita said with a smile, though the majority of
the items we receive are in good condition and
have little wear on them.”
Thanks to Miss Juanita’s sales, Retirement
Center resident Ms. Emily Ruth Pound is able
to serve her neighbors at the Manor. At 78,
with macular degeneration, Ms. Emily sews
wheelchair and walker bags for Magnolia
Manor’s residents. The sewing machine on
which she sews her “totes of tenderness” was
purchased at the Manor Mall.
Though over 60 years has passed since she
made her first item, an apron that still hangs in
her closet today, Ms. Emily’s nimble fingers still
have the magic touch.
“I used to watch my mother sew clothes,”
commented Ms. Emily, “but I didn’t try my
hand at it until high school. I really haven’t
Ms. Emily Ruth Pound welcomes new residents with
beautifully handsewn bags.
picked up a needle since then… until now.”
Ms. Emily, like many of Magnolia Manor’s
residents, has never envisioned retirement as
sitting around and watching television. On a
typical day, she begins sewing after breakfast
and works throughout the day on her handmade
creations. At 5:00, the sewing for that
day is done. “I put it up at 5:00,” said Ms.
Emily. “I’m finished and am ready to wind
down.”
As she showed off a recent batch of colorful
bags, Ms. Emily pointed out that all the fabric
she uses to make the bags is donated.
“Residents and employees donate leftover
fabric from something they’ve had made,” she
said. “They’ve given me beautiful material to
work with.”
Not only is Ms. Emily doing something she
enjoys to pass the time, but she receives priceless
gratification by helping her neighbors and
friends. The fruits of her labor, which has
totaled to around 300 bags, are evident up and
down the hallways of Magnolia Manor’s facilities.
Selfless
Thanking the Selfless Service
With the arrival of spring comes Magnolia
Manor’s annual Volunteer Banquet where friends,
supporters and residents of Magnolia Manor’s
Americus campus are thanked for their countless
hours of service. From
sharing a skill or talent to
playing the piano for worship
services to serving as a
Trustee, Magnolia Manor’s
annual Volunteer Banquet
honors the many who make
a difference in its ministry.
This year’s evening gala
was held on April 21 in the
Manor’s Magnolia and
Camellia Rooms of the
Retirement Center. A
crowd of 180 gathered to
enjoy dinner and entertainment
provided by the First United Methodist
Church of Americus.
Following the drawing of door prizes, Magnolia
Manor’s President & CEO Mark Todd took the
stage to thank those gathered.
“It’s wonderful to see volunteers of all ages
here tonight. Whether you
are an adult or a teenager,
the work you do is truly
inspiring and I thank each
one of you. Your love and
support is vital to our
organization.”
Magnolia Manor’s 300-
plus volunteers gave a total
of 12,000 hours of volunteer
work to a number of
projects during the past
year. As a token of appreci-
Rev. and Mrs. Aubrey Alsobrooks enjoy shrimp ation, each volunteer
cocktail at the Banquet.
received a certificate of
appreciation signed by President Todd. MM
Why Endowments Work
McDonald Willis, Vice President for Development
Mark and Mary Jones* have
been giving to Magnolia Manor
for years. We consider them partners with us in fulfilling
our great mission. In fact, we’ve grown
downright dependent on their annual generosity.
Consequently, when they are gone, the absence of
their giving will be felt.
Mark and Mary know this and are doing something
to make sure their giving never runs dry. They
are taking steps, through their will, to create the
Mark and Mary Jones Endowment Fund. A portion
of their estate will be set aside for a special fund
that will generate annual gifts to continue the giving
they are doing now.
Endowments work well for people like Mark and
Mary . . . and here are three reasons why:
1. Endowments are Perpetual
Like an artesian well, endowment funds keep giving
and giving and giving. They allow people like
Mark and Mary to “lock in” their giving. Programs
and people will come and go, but endowments last.
Each year, in the future, family members such as
children and grandchildren will be reminded of
Mark and Mary’s involvement with Magnolia Manor
and the value of making regular gifts to support
worthy causes. What a wonderful legacy to leave
behind!
2. Endowments are Protected
Endowment funds at Magnolia Manor are set
aside and kept separate from operating and capital
fund accounts. Mark and Mary have the assurance
that their endowment fund will be secure. The written
agreement will be on file, and the terms will be
carefully followed.
3. Endowments are Personal
While it is possible, and sometimes desirable, to
create an unnamed, unrestricted endowment fund,
many people want their fund to bear a person’s
name. And they want to tailor the purpose of their
endowment to benefit a specific area of interest.
They appreciate the flexibility and the opportunity
to personalize their “artesian well.”
Magnolia Manor has developed sound policies for
creating and managing endowment funds. This
information is available upon request. Also, Gary
Reynolds and I are available to show you a variety
of ways you can use the vehicles of gift planning to
make an endowment dream come true – whether
now through a current gift, or later through your
estate plan. We will be happy to visit or correspond
with you about this exciting area of philanthropy.
The response form below will let us know how to
assist you. Fill it out and send it in and we will
respond immediately. Or you can call us at the
Development Office office (229-931-5922). You
can also contact us through our Web site at
www.magnoliamanor.com.
*Mark and Mary Jones are fictitious names.
