DISPATCH Plants will be dispatched as soon as possible following receipt of your order normally within 5 days.<br />
No plants will be sent during adverse weather conditions, or during holiday periods.<br />
PAYMENT Payment with order please and cheques should be made payable to <strong>Peninsula</strong> <strong>Primulas</strong>.<br />

Unless you choose the option of having substitutes for plants no longer in stock it would be helpful if<br />
you would send a 'NOT TO EXCEED THE VALUE OF YOUR ORDER' cheque (limit cheque)<br />
leaving the actual value to be completed by us. We accept orders of all amounts. Such a cheque would<br />
appear thus:<br />
Prices quoted are in Sterling (GBP).<br />
Alternatively, e-mail your order and make payment online by going<br />
to www.paypal.com and follow the instructions. Most credit cards<br />
accepted. You can also request via e-mail that we send you a<br />
PayPal invoice; this can be in Euros, please ask.<br />
Please unpack the plants immediately they are received, pot or plant as necessary, and stand them in a<br />
cold greenhouse or cold frame if not being planted immediately. Water as necessary. Please let us know<br />
within 7 days of receipt if you are not entirely satisfied with your plants. We will respond promptly.<br />

Auriculas can be sent bare-root (compost removed, but damp) all year round. All other <strong>Primulas</strong> can be<br />
sent bare-root during late autumn, winter and early spring.<br />
Please note that auriculas and primulas do very well when re-potted or planted from bare-root dispatch.<br />
All plants supplied are of flowering size.<br />
SUBSTITUTIONS Please indicate on the order form (page 6) whether or not you wish substitutes to be made in the event<br />
that a plant is out of stock. Please list those that are acceptable. If you leave this to us we may<br />
pleasantly delight you!<br />
