Super friendly staff, especially the bellmen. Housekeeping was great and efficient. The rooms were comfortable and the balcony views of the ocean were awesome!

Great location, right near the Santa Monica pier and the downtown outdoor mall. Nice pool overlooking the ocean and great for sunset views.

On our late arrival we were welcomed by Ramon who i have to say was exceptional in every way, his help with smoot check in, his care to ensure we had all required information about hotel. he even took time to send me an email with recommendations of places to visit and restaurants.
