Mastichari Beach

Mastichari beach is located in the middle of the north coast of the island of Kos.

This beach is known and loved for its immense spaces typical of the Caribbean beaches, with clear sand, well-spaced umbrellas and so much free space for walks, a game of beach volleyball or simply to admire the nature that surrounds you.

The white sand dunes and low shrubs surround the beach of Mastichari and a beautiful little road next to the beach will allow you to take walks several kilometers long. On slightly windy days the sea could be a bit lively, still maintaining its clarity and uniqueness.

For sports lovers there is a windsurfing and kitesurfing school that offers canoe and pedal boat rentals, for a fabulous day out with your fellow travelers.

Bars, shops and restaurants are right behind the equipped beach, so convenient for a coffee, a snack or a lunch directly on the beach.

Unique in its kind and a destination for photo shoots, it is the beach from which you can admire the most beautiful sunset from the island of Kos.

We strongly advise you to visit this Mastichari beach, joining for an aperitif at a small beach bar (Aplo Beach Bar) to have a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding islands, with a fabulous sunset to surround you.
