They said all the questions ask the guide and travel agent (it was 21.08, 2021 at 11:00). We were accommodated in another hotel that did not meet the criteria, it was Pineta club deluxe (the price was 15000-16000 UAH). During the settlement we were not even wearing bracelets, we were accommodated in a wonderful room from the 90s. Guide Maria came to the hotel at 4.30 pm and did not pay attention to our complaints, saying that she was nobody here and could not solve anything. Due to many welding with a tour operator, travel agent and guide, a compromise was made to move to another hotel with a surcharge of $ 100.
