Idiel in customer service

Idiel in customer service has been amazing. For some reason my module 1 on foot health practitioner course changed from P to F. She's reassured me that it will be sorted out by the technical team and when she returns to work on Monday she will chase up tech team so that I can submit module 6. Really reassuring. Thanks Idiel. I will look forward to talking to you after weekend.

I'm doing access course since last year

I'm doing access course since last year
I applied for uni 2024 and received conditional offer to complete the access course, however I stuck in unit 14 ( only one part) and now nearly 2 months I cannot submit anywork for my tutor in order to complete the course.
I have until 30th of June to complete it otherwise won't receive certificate for 2024 entry.
1 question in a unit probably would be the barrier to get into uni this year🙂

I'm so frustrated.

I spoke to Aaron today on call

I spoke to Aaron today on call. I rang initially for some information and advice on the best steps for me to take my business forward. Aaron was extremely helpful in explaining everything I needed to know about courses and where they lead, and was generally just delightful to speak with, bringing a smile to my face with how respectful he is, his friendly demeanour and humour. My experience of calling couldn't of been better. I have hung up feeling extremely excited, supported and happy from a lovely conversation. Every company should have an Aaron!

Best Ever.

I had an amazing experience. The customer service was outstanding; this was exactly what I was looking for. I was very pleased with the service from your representative Adebayo Shobaloju. Incredible and helpful

I had Ben Harvey contact me to discuss the course I was interested in. He was so helpful in answering any questions and explained things to me in such an easy and simple way. Extremely friendly and happy and made me feel comfortable with the decisions I had to make with finance. There was no pressure or pushing. He was wonderful to speak to.

Amazing Service

The person who assisted me, Alex was friendly, Patient and really helpful with assisting me finding the right course for me and even checked me a few days later whilst I looked into things to inform me as a sale. Once you register with them when you…

Once you register with them when you have challenges of payments you are in problems, especially when you are not working.A bill follows you to pay even if you haven't attended the classes.Even though they discuss payment plan what payment plan can one do when not working?You receive letters with a bill and you wouldn't even have started the classes but only registration.

A big thank you.

Wow! I just had a very good text chat with Edina concerning my personal cash flow. The college was only too willing to support me and delay me paying my next x 2 Access to Higher Education Diploma payments. Edina helped and supported me and now I have a new date in the future to continue to pay monthly for my studies. Thanking everybody within the team so much.

Holly is a just great!

Holly is a friendly and lovely member of the team ! The online customer service agents on the chat service are much quicker and more reliable then calling, (as was on call for an hour waiting with no response.) Where as Holly responded within 10 minutes and quickly solved my problem. :)
