Haart Coventry are abysmal

Haart Coventry are abysmal. Don't answer the phone and in the rare instances they do nobody gets back to you. Have had a dreadful experience throughout with them and the final straw is they did not submit deposit claim against tenant.

I was having difficulties filling out a form relating to the sale of my property. I called in at the regent street office, and met a lady ren pugh. Basically she took over, and completed everything for me.lovely friendly helpful lady. Thank you ren. Much appreciated.

Disappointing

Organised a valuation for our property.The appointment was changed once and a week later ,when rearranged, nobody turned up.I had no call,no email ,no explanation and no apology.I will definitely not choose Haart to sell my house.Dissapointing.

Haartless

They cause damage to neighbouring properties through poor vetting of tenants in order to make a quick buck. When approached, they pass the blame, use delay tactics, or don’t respond. They lie to landlords by ignoring instructions provided by property owners.

Do not use - I have had 5 major issues over 18 months

5 major issues
1. Difficult to get in touch with as either landlord or tenant - and this has been an issue for at least 18 months
2. Tenant needed dishwasher issue resolved - after 6 weeks with no response from Haart, the tenant contacted me directly so the I ended up resolving the issue directly (not Haart who were collecting a fee for managing the property).
3. The tenant had an issue with flooding - again no response from Haart, the tenant contacted me directly so the I ended up resolving the issue directly (not Haart who were collecting a fee for managing the property). I needed to visit the property, engage with insurers and arrange repairs myself.
4. There was an issue with electrics - again no response from Haart, the tenant contacted me directly so the I ended up resolving the issue directly (not Haart who were collecting a fee for managing the property). I needed to visit the property, engage with insurers and arrange repairs myself.
5. The tenant's tenancy agreement was allowed by Haart to expire - even though I had discussed with Haart what renewal terms were needed and the tenant had agreed. This was negligence by Haart ..

After all this, I did visit the Southgate office in person to get them to explain why I had been paying a management fee for over a year - with no evidence of service? Before that visit, lots and lots of emails ... I informed Haart again that since they were not providing a management service I wanted to end the letting agreement!

And the best part is that they expect me to pay a termination fee on a letting agreement they allowed to lapse!!

Exceptional Customer Service - Recommended

I have worked with many estate agents buying, renting and selling property. It is key when dealing with clients that you listen to the needs of the client and understand that their needs are the priority. I recently asked Haart Norwich to organise the letting of my property. Letting property is a risk and can be very stressful. Bethany from the Norwich Office made the whole process easy, stress-free and quick. Bethany listened to my needs, understood the situation and made the whole process of letting my property an absolute dream. When I had many other things happening in my life she focussed on what needed to happen and maintained composure throughout leading to excellent communication and the property being let in no time. I rang to make a rent payment over the…

I rang to make a rent payment over the phone and was talking to Leanne she was advising me the systems were slow and to bear with her which I did! I made my payment and she was very friendly and professional and we had a friendly chat chat whilst waiting for the system to upload! Great service as usual

Avoid

I contacted Haart multiple times over the course of a week and was told someone would ring back. They never did. When I eventually got an appointment for a viewing they didn’t even bother to turn up! Non existent customer service.

I visited them and gave all the details…

I visited them and gave all the details for the kind of apartment I was interested in buying. I got a call back with details of the apartment which met all the details i had asked for. Once scheduled

1. they called a day before and changed the time which I agreed to.
2. they came 5 mins late and gave us 10 minutes to check the apartment as he has was in a rush.
3. he had no idea about the apartment amenities and was not even interested in showing us around.
