We had the opportunity to spend our vacation at the RV Hotels Nautic Park hotel. Very nice hotel, located close to the center. Walk to the beautiful beach takes about 10-15 minutes. Rooms very large, clean, air-conditioned, cleaned daily with towels changed. All the staff very kind friendly and always available to help. A very large canteen, fully air-conditioned, many tables, even with a large number of guests, there was no problem finding a place. Food very tasty, you could always compose a different meal. Lots of sun loungers by the pool. During our stay, we had the opportunity to participate in the San Juan Festival. The entire staff made a great effort to ensure that we could participate in a great fun. The area around the pool is decorated with colorful lights and lanterns. Beautifully prepared tables were waiting for hotel guests so that we could taste the specialties of Spanish cuisine while listening to music. We also enjoyed the evening learning Salsa. In these difficult times for tourism and hospitality, we would like to thank all the staff for their commi**ent, professionalism, smile and kindness. We are very pleased.

Horrible, everything is negative apart from the size of the rooms. The worst hotel of my life where I stayed. Everything is low-end from the infrastructure, the furniture to the kitchen. Strongly not recommended. This is a third world hotel. The people who run this hotel are amateurs and should retrain in something else.

We are far from a 4-star hotel. Relatively clean room but many stains on the walls remain, mold in the bathroom, damaged furniture. Pool service non-existent with 1 "suzana" who never smiles.. The gym has been out of service for a long time, the swimming pool has been poorly maintained with cups and cans for several days. Parking charged at €10/day but always open, mini room safe charged at €10/day!!! On the other hand, the reception and restaurant staff listen to the customer. Once we got to the room, after a long wait because it has two elevators to go up to the rooms, quite short in my opinion, it was refrigerated with A/C.
