The price is adequate to the quality of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurant was a little cold but very tasty. I did not have any stomach complaints. I recommend taking running shoes and going for a run along the sea before breakfast. Amazing atmosphere. An added bonus is the free wifi in the hotel. It was so pleasant that I plan to return there next year.

Big Blue Sky Hotel is the hotel where we had the best holiday, the food is very good, the location is very nice, the restaurant has a view of the sea and Alanya Castle, the pool bar is perfect, especially the bartender Hasan Hüseyin is very good at his job, thank you from here.

It is a hotel with a very nice location and view. We are having a fun and exciting holiday. The pool bar is very nice and the bartender Hasan Hüseyin is very entertaining and makes good drinks. Everything is great.

Amazing Crew! Me and my mother appreciate for their respectful and friendly hospitality. We extended our holiday. Special thanks to: Chef: Huseyin Erol Waiters: Halil Ibrahim & Ibrahim The ladies of responsible for 3rd and 4th floor cleaning Kitchen: Pideci Harun Receptionists Second part of holiday, We had to change room because of drunk Polish young people. They were Incredibly disrespectful, loud and rude!!!!!! They were screaming all night until the morning and they continued even though we warned them. We couldn't sleep properly. Thanks to hotel reception when I explain the situation our room has changed in the same day. Please don't service alcohols for free otherwise your holiday becomes a nightmare!!!!!

The restaurant is very close to the biggest shopping mall in Alanya, the pool bar with sea and castle views is very nice and entertaining, Hasan Hüseyin, the bartender, is very nice and provides good service. It's a perfect holiday. great fun

Regarding to the time I spent there in September 2023 (2 weeks), it was a real nightmare. I don't know how this place got 4 stars. Definitely the worst 4 star hotel I have ever been to. The food was tasteless, repetitive and of questionable quality, which resulted in the food poisoning of me and my partner. Rude service, working for punishment. Working WiFi during holiday was miracle. Moreover, the hotel checks in guests contrary to the reservation made in the travel agency. I got a single room without a balcony, with two people. Additionally, the room had a leaking, faulty air conditioning and faucet. Despite the report, this situation lasted for 24 hours. Drinks were served without ice for a large part of the trip due to an alleged failure of the ice machine. The hotel was generally dirty and messy, especially in the food and beverage areas. The only advantage of this place was the location nearby beautiful beach.

The kitchen team was very respectful, the young kitchen team was experienced, all of them were providing food supplements all the time, there was diversity, we were not satisfied with the restaurant team, forks and spoons were generally not available.

I do not recommend this hotel. The money isn't worth it all. But I'll start with the positives 😊 Beautiful views from the restaurant on the 7th floor, very nice and friendly staff, child-friendly hotel, my child had a lot of fun with the staff, everyone was crazy as they could 😅. Of the minuses We had a broken air conditioning in the room, we fought with the reception staff for 4 days to change the room, but they kept saying that they would send a person to repair it, and every day their handyman came and couldn't do anything... they gave us a broken fan that kept blowing on the floor. because it was probably broken because when we tried to lift it, unfortunately it fell down by itself... And we had a small child... they changed our room only 2 days before departure... The food was tasteless, the same food was heated up from the previous day every day. This hotel does not deserve 4* and the price is too high for these standards.

Great views and amazing crew. 😁Can is the best waiter in the hotel. Very good at his job.👍 Great person, he takes care of everyone. Very caring and good to people. 😁😁😁😁 He smiles a lot and always is here to help in everything. 😁😁😁 It was an amazing time here.
