Club Armar Hotel

Do not book this hotel! How it’s even still up and running I have no idea! Total disregard to health and safety with lights not working, carpet peeling up, walls paper falling off walls, plates and bowls not clean! 🤢 Staff honestly couldn’t care less, advised of a broken chair in the pool area and was told “not my problem” The full shower curtain and pole fell off the wall on top of me! The first room we were taken to hadn’t been cleaned at all and was disgusting! Old razors and bikinis still in the room. Had to practically fight for clean towels in the rooms! Absolutely none of the amenities advertised are open! No games room, bowling, spa, gym etc and no entertainment provided at night Food is not an amazing, very greasy! we ended up eating out a lot which wasn’t great when we were meant to be all inclusive! And constantly running out of things such as juice etc One of the managers had a bottle smashed over his head on one of our first nights by what we were told was an ex employee! Couldn’t advise against this hotel more!

Only giving one star to leave a review and a warning to anyone looking at this hotel. Firstly, the staff are absolute creeps (sexual comments made to many of the guests, following female guests etc). Would absolutely avoid if you are a female solo traveler, you have kids or if you want any kind of a good holiday. We arrived last week and very quickly realised that the hotel had none of the amenities it promised (no entertainment for kids, water slides shut off at random parts of the day WITH KIDS STILL ON IT, no gym, no sauna, no games room, the rooms itself look like they have been through the wars). The bar closed at 11pm some nights and between 9:30 and 10pm depending on how the manager feels. If you ask for a drink after the manager decides to shut the bar earlier he’ll tell you to get out. No soft drinks for kids at this time so if you’d be best to stick the fridge (that also doesn’t work). They try to make you leave the bar by intimidating you and turning the lights off but don’t worry, just go to the second supermarket on the left hand side (they sell alcohol after 10pm). The food is terrible, you are better going to sergi’s right next to it. I feel sorry for some of the bar staff as they are working under terrible management and limited resources. Avoid this place at all costs.

dirty hotel. Same as other people that have written on here. Arrived to a broken sink that was leaking over the bathroom, no pillow cases, dirty bedding. Pool area was dirty, dirty plates left on banisters around the hotel. Fire exit door hanging off. No entertainment,games room, bowling like advertised. Seems people falsely advertised from love holidays. They even had to be told to clean the pool water because it had gotten cloudy. However we made the most of it, being round the pool and enjoying the sun and what made the holiday was all the holidaymakers being so friendly. Spent everynight in havannahs next door. Great fun for the kids. But spending extra money we didn't want to spend.

I stayed at this hotel when it was called Clee a few years ago and loved it , it had a fitness centre, indoor swimming pool, spa, Turkish bath, shops and a few bars !!! It just opened a few days b4 we arrived so nothing had been fixed, renewed or opened!!!!! Rooms were still the same as b4 no renovation as I got old photos to prove this !! ( 8 ) years ago. A few little issues when we arrived which was soon sorted, we changed rooms and we had a late check out free of charge!!! Bar staff and reception can’t do enough for you and are very apologetic, Manager reassured me that it’s going to be fully restored by 2024 , so I can’t complain and would return next year

Filty .. food raw pool.dangerous ,flies everywhere,live wires on lights dangling Air con only worked if bathroom.light on Asked for room.clean and the rotten food to.be removed from the hall.next to.my room Still.there when I left just got email.to.say my .complaint was isolated, and they will.not be acting on it. No.refund .I didn't pay to stay at that hotel. And was moved there .I.didnt agree Do not go guys . Stay away I've never stayed anywhere like it .I've been to Turkey 6 times and never again to this hotel. I can send photos if any one wants them

Do not go to this hotel it is discusting the food is discusting taped up a fire door dirty beds had to beg for fresh bed sheets as they had mud on them when we arrived dirty fridge lights hanging out of wall were never fixed wall panel hanging off cups and glasses on landing for the full 7 days we were there they were never moved had to eat out everyday spent over £1000 taking them to court now as this has put me in financial hardship as I didn’t expect to spend £1000 as we booked a 4 star all inclusive that the food they advertised looked decent

Absolutely vile hotel would AVOID at all costs. The food made us sick, isn’t labelled and horrible couldn’t even eat the toast! My partner tried getting us moved but the manager had no intention of helping and screwed up the bit of paper she listed all the problems on up as soon as he walked off Room was disgusting found that we had been sleeping on broken glass and bedding wasn’t changed during the time we were there. Lost count of how many times our door had to be fixed which took up our time waiting for it to be sorted There is no gym no entertainment no indoor pool like advertised The outdoor pool was cloudy ants and flies/wasps everywhere broken loungers Booked with love holidays and they have been no help what so ever and they are still falsely advertising this hotel on their website!

Body swerve this hotel at all costs! Tired decor Everything is closed, no bowling no games room no sauna or spa no indoor pool nothing! The waterside is not running permanently during the day The food is not good at all, very little change in the menu selections, we went all inclusive but ate out most days! We were dissatisfied witj the pool bar, intermittently closing, running out of sof drinks, fruit drinks machine breaking down! It was never ending! There was always a drama at reception, every day at some point there were dissatisfied customers venting thier anger at the inappropriate hotel conditions/staff attitude! I could rant all day it was/is that bad...4 star? I would not give it 1 it's appalling.
