Very Friendly hotel, excellent for family holidays, close to the pyramids. Delicious breakfast, very helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Concierge team was incredible helping us with planning our days of visit, getting reservations in special restaurants

The staff are so welcoming and helpful. It has been nothing but pleasant staying here and wish we could stay longer. Dinner was also very tasty!

The property is very nice, even though it is not new. The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast is good. And the staff are very friendly. The road the ptoperty is on is undergoing a lot of consrtuction to get ready for the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum.
This cators to the Western visitor, and is not suitable for the Muslim visitors as the main focus is a swimming pool next to a bar with dancing open unyil 3:00am.

The expiren e thuse three days at Cairo was good in the hotel. Good rooms and places to rest, like the pool, gardens or terraces. The only issue to improve could be the lack of variety on the food menu. Us the good place I need to thank mis alla guest relations manager for helping us to use the spa

The hotel was so excited i will recommend it for my family and friends All the reception team was helpful and polite especially ms Dina Guest relations She was very friendly she care to make our stay joyful and comfortable Rooms was nice and the gardens the Pool was so excited we loved it
