Love the Club Cala Verde! First time here and felt like home. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They all work so hard. We had a fab room, just as the picture when we booked via easyJet. Beautiful view of the hills and sea at no extra cost. Comfy beds and large bathroom . Had a fridge in the room stocked with a couple of cans of soft drinks & water. They also popped in a KitKat and a packet of crisps on the side. Nice little touch . I brought my own tea bags and hot chocolate for the room. There's a Spar nearby for milk etc... If you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you, lots of slopes and stairs. Saying that they are wheelchair accessible in the hotel, accessible toilets and lifts into the swimming pool which is something I've not seen before. Everywhere is very clean and well kept. The views are stunning, fab location and beautiful starry night sky's. Will definitely be returning....

Booked with jet2 and had requested that we were allocated cala verde hotel after reading some other reviews. On arrival we were the only family on the bus who had been allocated a room at cala verde , everyone else was at cala Blanca. The hotel provided a car to collect us and baggage and took us up the hill to cala verde. Hotel was spotless, all staff were so helpful and friendly. Some of them speaking, Spanish, English, French and German. The aircon isn't on in the rooms in April but reception gave us a fan. You can hire beach towels from reception. Pool and ping pong available too. The football pitch and tennis courts at verde were closed during our stay. Pools were cold. There is an indoor pool at cala Blanca hotel but when we went to use it it was much smaller than the photo shows and it was packed with kids. The cala verde is the quieter more relaxed hotel, cala Blanca seems very busy. There is a great shop on site at the beach and small Spar. Warning for people with mobility issues, cala verde has a lot of steps and steep hill down to the beach. We went out for day trip with kayak Ibiza who are located on the beach next to shop. It was a great experience. Food was good although the desserts were the same all week. Would have been nice to try some different options. Gorgeous views over the water from the restaurant. There are also regular buses at the hotel if you fancy a day trip. Not really much for teenagers to do and would have been beneficial if kids could play football somewhere in the evenings. Animation team were so enthusiastic and welcoming. Overall a lovely hotel, excellent staff and gorgeous views. Nothing to do within walking distance, you would have to get a bus to the next town for shops and other restaurants. Our transfer bus back to airport never turned up, it only went to cala Blanca so we had to get a taxi to airport. Reception staff were so helful in sorting this and taking care of us.

Fantastic hotel, very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice. Clean room with a comfortable bed, fridge, safe. As a welcome gift, we found drinks, a KitKat bar and chips. My son was very happy 😊. the food in the restaurant is always delicious, fresh, diverse, for everyone. The hotel has a beautiful view of the Balearic Sea. I highly recommend it and thank you for the pleasant time spent in this hotel.

Feel scammed also just been told we have been allocated the 3 star Cala Blanca, this is not what I paid for or booked. BEWARE if you book through TUI or Jet2 it does not clearly state but you may not be allocated blanca hotel not verde ( the one it shows on the website) my husband called the hotel as my daughter has mobility issues & ASD but the hotel staff did not move us. Basically you are scammed in to thinking you’re going to Cala Verda hotel but you could be put in the sister hotel which is more like a 3 star & you can only eat dinner at verde no snacks or lunch so use of facilities at verde if allocated Blanca is useless, if you have mobility issues and are pit in hotel Blanca . I would AVOID.

Booked for May 2024 as a 4T hotel through TUI. Beware as upon contacting the hotel they advised that we would be allocated the 3 star Cala Blanca hotel. Upon requesting to be moved to the Cala Verde (the 4 star hotel i had booked and paid for) I was told I should have booked through the hotel directly as this is the only way they can guarantee the hotel you will be allocated in. Now changed to another hotel that give you what you have paid for.

Really nice hotel. Friendly staff and the animation team are brilliant, they work so hard. Really friendly and take time for everyone. Hotel is clean, tidy. Rooms are nice and comfy. Maids could do with filling up the shower gel etc as I was sharing with my 2 littlest children and it soon ran out. Pool area good. Like how they don’t allow you to put towels down at 6am and it’s from 9am onwards but be prepared to battle. Not far from a nice beach, nice walk there as well. Food is as you expect. Mass produced and plenty of it. I’d always say get there when it opens so it is fresh. Special mention for the bar staff. They work so hard and are brilliant. Only negative is that the hotel is a bit isolated so not loads near by to do but that’s about it.

Came back on 6th August , I was dreading this holiday after reading bad reviews just before going about rude staff, too busy , too hilly , complaint after complaint , however the bad reviews are a load of rubbish ! We were a party of 9 , three immediate families with 3 separate rooms.(inc 3 children in all and a mum with COPD) Before we left I saw a review that these are sister hotels, and the steep paths/steps to anywhere in the hotels are bad for anyone with mobility issues . I was then worried we would be separated. Arrived afternoon at Cala Blanca hotel , my family was allocated at Cala Blanca , whereas my mums room and sisters room were at Cala Verdi . The reception staff immediately changed my room to the Verdi hotel realising we are all together, yet under separate bookings. How nice of them. Minibus took us all and our cases to Cala Verdi hotel. Reception there were lovely - my mums room was at the top of the hill, they immediately changed this to a lower room which was just beautiful . I didn’t have to ask , they just did this right away. Went above and beyond there i would say. Very happy start All our rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Maids were lovely. 4 of us are pescatarians, the food was amazing, fish everyday with lots of choice of roast vegetables, pastas and salads. It’s is busy sometimes in the restaurant , so you either come back or wait if you need to, most times there were tables available . It is clean , nice table clothes in the evenings , and staff were nice. Saw some very rude people demanding tables to be cleaned away so they could sit , the staff only have one pair of hands so give them a break ! Two drinks per person per visit to the bar which is fine , fair amounts to choose from too . No complaints . Seen reviews saying have to pay for water , well you do if you don’t want dispenser water that is free (this tastes diff) , so it’s your choice to buy bottled water like anywhere else in the world. Get over it, it’s only 2-3eruos per litre bottle . We bought a few and filled up the bottles they provided complimentary in our room fridge . Pools were very clean , as well as all the hotel areas . Cleaners were continuously going round . Pirate ship /splash park is in the middle of the sister hotels , I’d say 10 min walk , it was brilliant there , If only for an hour or so to get away from main hotels , great fun and a small bar there too (beer and soft drinks only ) all inclusive I seriously cannot fault this hotel , it’s hilly in places but we didn’t mind the push in our legs , it’s good for you. Even my mum managed with the walks and her COPD. Oh beach is lovely , £18 Euros for 2 beds , umbrella and table, watched the hotel entertainers do volley ball and aerobics which was funny. Be careful there’s jelly fish In the water , 3 of us got stung , like a bee sting . Didn’t go back in the water then but made most of beach day . Not much around , restaurant near Cala Blanca hotel called Feel

We moved here from the Cala Blanca hotel which was awful. This hotel was 100% better. Good - Lovely new room, nice view, good aircon, good choice of food and drink which was nice quality for an all inclusive buffet, great entertainment team for both kids and adults (Alessandro was fab), pool area clean and not too crowded, sunbeds could only be reserved after 9am, beautiful outlook over the sea, nice beach. Not so good - Very hilly and lots of steps up to the room…ours was in the top block. Sometimes it felt like the aircon in the main restaurant wasn’t working. There was not always food ready and available in the snack bar, the water tasted horrible and a small bottle to buy was €3.50! We also had a lot of bugs in the room. There was not much to do nearby - we had hired a car for the week which I recommend if you want to get about. Taxis were not reliable.

Just returned back from a weeks stay and overall was an enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel. We did request to stay in Cala Blanca but upon arrival at 1am we were told they were full and ended up in Cala Verde which I am glad we did. Our room was right next to the stairs and up a number of steps so not the greatest and had a damp smell, reception were great (Andrea was especially helpful) and got moved to a nicer room which had a sea view and was lower down but if the hotel could not have accommodated then we would not have been best pleased. The hotel is at the top of the hill and most of the rooms are up a number of steps although you can ask for a lower down room, there is a slope down to the beach which is only a few mins walk (but quite steep) and from there its also very close to walk to Cala Blanca along the beach, otherwise you can walk down the road to Cala Blanca. The splash park is in between the two resorts and we visited most days when it opened at 11am, I can imagine this being very busy in July and August. The food overall was good and there was a decent amount of choice but as with most AI it did get a bit repetitive, salads selection were great and fair few choices of dessert. Apart from a few shops near the beach at Cala Blanca there isnt much else around so you would need to get a bus or hire a car to explore, we visited the hippy market in Las Dalias as it was only a 5-10 min bus ride (bus stop located opposite Cala Blanca and 6.6 euros for two adults and two kids). From Las Dalias we got a taxi to Santa Eulària which was just over 10 euros and there is a nice beach, from Santa Eulària you can get a bus back to Cala Blanca. Also worth doing is a day trip to Formentera but it is around a 2 hour boat trip each way, from Es Figueral a small boat takes you to Santa Eulària and from there a larger boat to Formentera. Pickup is at 9.30 and from Formentera the boat pickup is 6pm. If you do visit Formentera then there isnt many places to buy food and drink on the beaches unless you spend a fortune, also no shade so come prepared. Overall the hotel was nice, the views were great from the restaurant, reception staff very friendly and the pool and splash park were nice, also the entertainment staff were very enthusiastic. If you haven't been here before then would recommend but unlikely I would stay again as would prefer the other side of the Island as it is a bit too quiet and getting a bus to the opposite side of the Island takes a while, unless you hire a car.
