The hotel is really nice in general. The room was fine, but the bathroom was a bit old and the bathtub looked dirty, although it was just scratched. Food was really good! All staff was nice and friendly! The animation team was really good and fun. They made the day much more fun at the pool and at the evenings with their shows. I would come here again.

We really enjoyed our time here in this hotel. Staff here is so kind and fun and they made our stay here even more special. If you are up for any activities there is always something to do around here or if not, you can just stay at the pool and enjoy the sun with always fresh drink in your hand. Oh and food - too much and too good. I really am gonna miss the people here - specially animation team. Definitely recommend.

Come back for our 10th anniversary. Still as good as ever. Animation team great too. Highly recommend to come to this hotel. Beach is spotlessly clean. Great water spots too. All very local to the main town. 10 minute drive to the marina for a great night out too.

2nd stay here its lovely the staff are excellent and are a credit to the hotel our room was very clean, food on the jetty on a lunch time was beautiful, The terrace bar for sandwiches and cakes was delicious, oasis restaurant on the beach is the only buffet restaurant open as the main 2 restaurants are being renovated this bit for us was chaos, So the last 5 days we booked in the Al a cartes which was beautiful food, The hotel was fairly full so one restaurant open was awful and put a bit damper on the holiday, people pushing and shoving Am returning hopefully both the main restaurants will be completed then, Had I have known both restaurants was closed I would of changed and gone to a different hotel, Hence the 4 stars

Very nice hotel. Beautiful sea and beach! We were here only one day (day use) and did not see anything. But the things we saw were really good (restaurants, food, beach service, friendly staff) and we felt really comfortable. We can definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.

Beautiful room, very comfortable bed, good air con and safe, tea/coffee facilities and fresh towels/sheets provided. Thank you Mr Rashad. Amazing gardens, pool and beach area. Fabulous restaurant, The Oasis, a beautiful building, delicious food, great variety, excellent service and no tummy issues. Other restaurants, Sea Star (Mr Shazli) was wonderful, Lebanese was authentic and flavoursome, Italian (pool side) was delicious, and the Gaucho Steak House was amazing. All staff and management (especially Mt Reda Abdelbadea and Mr Hazem Al Sayed) were friendly, efficient, professional and welcoming.

very organized hotel with hard working stuff i really like how they ask you all the time "is everything fine" i laid tips all the time, i cant belive how much they maintain the place... unebelivable lunch and dinner are great, breakfest so so..

Beautiful hotel, amazing beach, bars, huge territory, tasty food, nice animation, stuff is great, Ira is the best animator, bartenders are also great people, but rooms should be renovated I recommend this hotel, feels relaxing here and i personally loved activities such as volleyball and ping pong
