Flora Hotel

So after several days into our holiday, during ongoing complaints about room service the customer relations managers (Deanna and Joseph) finally made contact with us. Like all of the staff they were really lovely and really tried to improve our experience. This worked to some degree but like everything else they were just two small cogs within a whole system. I feel they took on board our complaints (solely about room service) and even personally brought our drinks order to us on one occasion. May I add we requested room service once a day, which should have been easy enough. Once the hotel gets a hold on room service (a dedicated person) this will make the hotel much better, but until it does I will rate the hotel as 4 star.

Everything about this hotel was great. Very friendly staff. We were put into a room right away. The hotel is very clean and tidy. They clean very often and always ask if cleaning is needed. I was pleased that the room was always cleaned. Bed linen is also changed every time they are cleaned. The pool is very clean. Many people liked to swim in the pool, sometimes people didn't even go to the beach, as the pool was crystal clear. We also often swam in the hotel. I also really liked that the hotel room has a door that goes directly to the pool. If you are tired of crowds, want comfort and a break from people, then you will be comfortable in this hotel, as there are 70 rooms, which gives a sense of space. The hotel is located 5-7 minutes from the beach. We slept soundly, there was no noise at all, we slept with the windows open. We booked a room with breakfast only. We liked breakfast, there were a lot of vegetables, fruits, cheeses, dried fruits and so on. I prefer healthy food and this breakfast was perfect for me. We also ordered food in the hotel restaurant, here the most delicious food, at a very competitive price. We visited many bars and restaurants in Bodrum. We went somewhere every day. But it was in the hotel, in the restaurant, that there was the most extensive menu, with the most delicious food and more favorable prices. Therefore, I recommend ordering food in the restaurant in this hotel. And there is a very beautiful landscaping, so cute. We passed by other hotels and there was no such beautiful landscaping as here. I will return to this hotel for sure. I recommend to everyone! Thanks to the staff of this hotel. You make a great vacation! I also saw the award given to this hotel for being one of the best three star hotels.

Very cozy small hotel two minutes from the sea. Clean comfortable rooms. Cleaned up every day. Not a very large pool, but the hotel has only 70 rooms and there is always enough space for everyone. Loved the landscaping. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is only one caveat, the beach near the hotel is dirty, but we walked literally 10 minutes along the sea and found a place there. The hotel you want to return to. Huge thanks to the hotel staff. Очень уютный небольшой отель в двух минутах от моря. Чистые комфортные номера. Убираются каждый день. Не очень большой бассейн, но в отеле всего 70 номеров и места всегда всем хватает. Очень понравился ландшафтный дизайн. А персонал отеля максимально дружелюбный и участливый. Есть единственный нюанс, пляж возле отеля грязноват, но мы ходили буквально 10 минут вдоль моря и там находили себе места. Тот отель, куда хочется вернуться. Огромная благодарность персоналу отеля.

The hotel has nice gardens the pool is nice but needs cleaning and the umbrellas were too small. The rooms were spacious and cozy but need updating are Cupboard was broken couldn’t open it no in room safe there was a safe at reception no tea or coffee in the room beds were ok shower was great! Nice hotel enjoyed are stay just needs updating. Good location would stay again.

It’s more than a 3 ⭐️ hotel! The team is very kind and welcoming. The rooms are just perfect. They cleaned it everyday. The breakfast is delicious. It’s directly beside a pool. We were just amazed by the 24/24 service, the decor, literally everything. We also got lockers (Totally safe). It’s near Gumbet beach and just 20 minutes away from Marina. A taxi station is 30 seconds away from the entry. It’s located between 2 groceries. We highy recommend it: very affordable, yet perfect for couples and solo travelers as well.
