The hotel is around 30mins from the airport. Room was nice and tidy - premium junior suite Nice infinity pool on the roof. Food was amazing, there was something different everyday. I highly recommend and will stay again.

Great 6 night stay in a junior suite with balcony all inclusive big clean comfortable room with fridge and safe All Staff are hard working friendly and helpful Food and drinks were great in both restaurants Animacion caesar and milen are friendly and entertaining we enjoyed the Spanish elvis show, the 3 cats and magic show We would definitely love to visit again

Wow wow wow, what can I say! Absolutely amazing stay with my parents! This hotel is brilliant for all ages and I would highly recommend to anyone, the food and drink selection that they have to offer is absolutely brilliant. The entertainment through my weeks stay was world class. Special mention to César for being an absolute hero! Never failed to make me and my parents laugh with all of the fun activities that they put on! Thank you!

booked playa park zensation as a 65th birthday surprise for my husband well just wow wow wow we had a fabulous time food amazing animation team brilliant what great fun . what a laugh my hubby had with them winning lots of lovely prizes from a spa for 2 thanks milen also dinner at the gourmet resturant staff all amazing very friendly nice to meet some lovely people room we had was great too have already booked for next year thankyou all for making a memorable one

Super winter break! Loved our new year holiday here. The food was great, staff friendly and good evening entertainment. RJ was fab at Pilates. We really enjoyed the infinity pool. The staff were always cleaning and keeping the place spotless. Our only tiny issue was the check in, the new tourist rules had just arrived so our hotel check was done through the television…a bit awkward to do as they were having teething issues. Staff were able to sort though and this wasn’t their fault. The public park and shopping square nearby are really handy.

One of the best hotels we have been to. This hotel surpassed all of my expectations. The receptionist went out their way to make our holiday even better. We were only half board but they gave us access to the rooftop infinity pool for our whole stay as a gesture of good will. They also gave us two free nights at the a la carte restaurant free of charge. We booked a superior junior room which opened up to the hydrotherapy pool which basically meant we had our own quiet pool right at our front door. The food at the buffet was ok but the a la carte restaurant was amazing. We arrived back home yesterday and already looking to book playa park for next year. My only complaint is the pool was very cold but it is November so it is to be expected and we also had a couple of cockroaches that made their way into our room but this isn’t a sign of uncleanliness (the hotel was spotless) they are just common in Spain and it’s like finding a spider back home in the UK. We bought cockroach spray for €5 at the supermarket around the corner and the bugs never bothered us again. The drinks were cheap and the entertainment in the evening was decent. Don’t think I can really fault this hotel and we can’t wait to come back.

Great hotel, amazing staff We are halfway through a week long trip. Junior suite (room 223 great spot) given a free upgrade for the rooftop bar, nice touch Food is really good, we’re on AI, don’t normally go for AI but spot on so far. The staff are great, good fun and great attitude.

My honest review about this hotel ,it is a lovely hotel very welcoming by the staff at check in , even though we arrived early we were able to grab some lunch before our room was ready. We booked a Junior Suite with pool view including the All Inclusive Plus option through Easy Jet holidays , their website states 2 All Inclusive options AI Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner in the main buffet restaurant Snacks and ice cream available at certain times of the day Selected drinks (local brands) in all bars during opening hours for a minimum of 12 hours per day All inclusive plus Included in your holiday: Breakfast Lunch Dinner Snacks Drinks Well this isn't quite true as you would still have to pay a supplement on certain brands of drinks in the AI plus .( I have added some photos below of price list ) When our room was lovely a ground floor suite with pool view out own small terrace . The down side was it only had ceiling fans , no air con which we knew about but didn't think we need aircon in April but it was warm in the room at night . No mini bar in the fridge as stated so we had to request this and also the bath robes and slippers were also not supplied , Mini Bar is 2 cans of beer ,2 cans of coke and 2 bottles of water , the water is replaced every day . We had cleaners in everyday after day 2 and one of the days our towel was thread bear ,so I told them at reception , he was embarrassed and said he would get them replaced which they did promptly but they gave us lovely fluffly white towels instead of the old green ones which have seen better days should we have had these fluffy white towels all along!!! Overall the hotel is fab , the staff are great , a good variety of food , we found the lunch time better that evening selection on most days , we also ate in the A La Carte restaurant a couple of nights . The entertainment is the usual hotel kind of thing a little hit and miss , some really good acts and some terrible ones but again the entertainment staff were good fun . The hotel is well situated for us there are some local bars and restaurants 5 mins walk and Corralejo main street into the old town is about a 20 - 30 min walk or 6 euros for a taxi which you can book through reception . Corralejo is was fab for a night out , lots of shops , bars and restaurants to choose from , the old town and the music square you shouldn't miss you will have a great time there .

the hotel on the hold was good, the staff friendly and the rooms we had were great. we did pay for all inclusive plus, which were branded spirits and access on to the roof terrace however at times we could not get a bed as people who had not paid the upgrade just went up there so on occasions we could not get a sunbed, which then spoiled the inclusive plus experience
