A comfortable hotel. Wonderful wild stone beach nearby. Nearby bars, restaurants. We are coming back to this place!

Please read Not worth the money paid and 100% not a 4* more like 2*. Needs closing down and a massive refurbishment is desperately needed. Everything so old and tatty , broken windows, doors, floor tiles, fire doors kept propped open with shower gel you get supplied for your room ! The carpets smell awful so windows always left open. Food was not great but we did manage to find something but was cold, not very fresh so only ate in probably twice . Bar and catering staff nice enough management rude and spoke to other staff like crap in front of guest which I find really unprofessional. Pool was ok my son loved it but so dangerous in places , broken tiles , grates loose and Broken , all round the channels was thick green algae Looked disgusting. The room was not suitable far to small , balcony door didn’t lock , mouldy lamp shades, rotten wood floor and sheets always smell like dirty feet. Floor never swept was just dirty all the time . No where to put clothes away. The the bed for my son blocked the balcony door so didn’t even fit. Shower soaked the floor when in use as the screen had no rubber on so water ran everywhere. Positives coral bay is great Good location but what they failed to tell us everything was shut as there was road works so there was literally nothing open nearby. We hired a car to get around which massively made up the for horrendous hotel, we stayed in. TUI and other reputable companies should be pulling this hotel from their catalogue as it’s disgusting.

There was no aircon in the reception or the breakfast/lunch area The hall carpets are filthy, the fire doors are jammed open o e had the metal floor plate bent to keep it open and was dangerous. The room had mould on the inside of the fridge walls filthy mirrors had feetprints on it . Urine stains on the toilet seat black mould around the bath. The balcony door had a large screw sticking out to keep it closed. Plenty of broken sun loungers at the pool and black mould around the edge with cockroach run in and out of the pool edging. Beach nonexistent large dangerous rocks broken loungers broken shower. The path to the beach has broken lights bare wires and a lovely view of their own private rubbish tip. Entertainment was a joke not enough staff to run the place.

There is bedbugs, they haven’t clean my room for three days, the hotel is very old and dirty, food is terrible. Service also terrible, no one cares about your staying in there, I asked for a water for the baby no one brings it to me. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in

The entertainment guys Ben and chole are amazing and vanja ( barbra Windsor) also Alex the barman was so good and very friendly , the drinks was good and the food ok the only downside was I found it very cringe when the restaurant manager would berate staff so openly , it was embarrassing and hard to watch , I would definitely go back and my son Harrison had a blast , see you again soon x Ceely

Oh my god, we have just arrived at this hotel today, the hotel by day is lovely, lovely pool and plenty of beds, but the evening is absolutely horrendous the music is blasting out until 11-12 it’s soooo loud and people in the courtyard which all the rooms surround are so loud screaming and singing and laughing, I am not a party pooper by no means but unless you want an 18-30 holiday do not stay here, lots of gangs of people also and no management.

The hotel has a great location and the View is very nice! It is very close to the Beach. The breakfast we had every day was very good and the staff very sileyim and helpful with anything. Beds in the rooms were comfortable and the decoration was also very nice.
