Lovely hotel. Refurbishment really improves the look of the place and the rooms are excellent. The restaurant has a better feeling to it and flows better and the food was as good as always. Been to this hotel nearly 10 times so they must be doing something right 😊

A fantastic stay by the sea. We go to Mallorca twice a year and often stay at this hotel. It is by bar my favourite on the Island, the rooms are clean and spacious, the food is great, spa simply amazing but what really makes it fab are the staff who are willing to always go the extra mile. We stayed as part of a package with Got to Tri (a triathlon training camp) and this was the perfect set up. The pool was 25m and great for training as was the sea which was a short walk away. We stayed 1/2 board which again meant we had a brillig breakfast before heading out on the bike and dinner was provided too - no cooking! It was great to collapse in the spa of an afternoon and this really is the best place on the Island.

Me and my friend had a blast at this hotel! Rooms were always clean, big variety of food and great programe. Animators were really entertaining, my personal favourite was Adéla, best aquagym ever! Hopefully we will be returning someday.

We spent really great time here. One of the best vacation of all the time. Delicious food, rooms and hotel service also perfect. Our group of friends agreed with attitude of one blonde girl working as hotel stuff (animator). Aqua gym with Adela was The best, lot of fun, exercise and we were always looking forward for The next day of aqua gym or yoga with her. She is very nice person, always smiling and really talkative. We hope that we will meet her here next year.

I have to say, the hotel do not fit 4 stars category, however as a 3 stars I would rate it as an excellent. The food is definitely great with a lot of choices. Staff are extremely helpful and always with a smile. Beds are not the best due to the fact that beds are on the wheels. A/C in the room is not perfect either. Hotel is clean, room are cleaned daily. I would definitely recommend the hotel for families who are looking for good value for money, but if you are expecting 4 stars hotel compared to Marriott, Hulton, Sherston, than you will be disappointed.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly, everything is clean and modern. Especially as a gold member, there‘s literally everything you could desire. Most of things are free (if you want a special something like a iced coffee it costs less than it would a non gold member). The view was stunning! And about 15 minutes from the hotel, there‘s a port from which you can take trips. For ex. to see dolphines and caves. Our stay could not have been more wonderful. Thank you!

The best prize/quality hotel in Mallorca. Defintly for sport. Top!!! Great breakfast. Garage for bikes including everyday free pastabuffet for people Who take bikepackage ( 2,5€ / day for garage for bike, sportdrink, banane , pasta, bikeservice )

Hotel was really nice. It was kept spotless. Pools were nice and the bar area wat perfect plenty of seating. Food was nice plenty of selection from cold yo hot. Rooms and shower were good. The only fown point for me was that some of the food was only luke warm ie breakfast

We were 'all-inclusive' and had a 5th floor sea view room for 1 week. Room was very comfortable with a great view of the bay. The food was very good with a varied wide selection each day. Similarly there was a wide selection of drinks available with the 'all-inclusive' package. Both of the pools are excellent whether you want to do some serious swimming or just cool off. If you are interested, there are various activities and entertainment throughout the day. I can't comment on the spa as we didn't use it. The beach is very close to the hotel and there plenty of shops nearby. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. This was the second time I had stayed in the hotel but I hope it won't be the last.
