The room is spacious, with a sofa and a balcony. It is a few minutes walk from the beach. There are free parking spaces on the street nearby. There is a large supermarket across the street. The swimming pool is very beautiful. It is just in time for the European holidays. It is full of families with children on vacation. , the first choice for Calpe; however, those who are used to staying in star-rated hotels in China may not be used to it. There are no slippers, no toiletries, no paper towels, and no bathrobes. Haha, you need to prepare them yourself.

Hotel recommended for families but not for couples looking for relaxation. Pool saturated with children and the dining room with shifts that is always full. A four star but old.

I am presently staying at the hotel. This review is based on last night’s evening dinner and breakfast this morning. From my personal opinion, the kitchen section’s staff appear untrained and are lacking the fundamental principles of good food practices in a food-service environment. For example, freshly-made scrambled egg being placed on top of the existing food (this should never happen). In terms of my own experience, the “Safer Food, Better Business Practice” does not appear to be evident in this restaurant. There are no saucers available for tea and coffee cups and a lack of cereal bowls and spoons is also a problem. The management, I am led to believe, are aware of these problems but appear uninterested in listening to the feedback from their own staff when suggestions are made to improve things. I was a director of a food training and food safety company so feel competent to make the above comments.

Great stay with friends. Hotel room was very clean and well maintained - looked a little dated, but not shabby or dirty. Fantastic balcony with views over the pool and the sea. Breakfast was brilliant, everything fresh and warm. Only one decent coffee machine (there was always a queue) but the food made up for it. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. I had to ask for a kettle, which arrived later that day. I found the mattresses a little hard, as a side sleeper it wasn't the comfiest night's sleep I've had. Overall it was a fantastic few days away and would go back in a flash.

I stopped at this hotel for 30 nights and it was a superb experience from the reception through to catering and cleaning staff . The food was faultless and there was plenty of healthy choice and variety. The Spa is superb and there is a well equipped gym but some of the equipment is tired and needs updating . Without a doubt I will return to this hotel which offers fantastic value for money.

The breakfast buffet is not what it used to be, no English Channel works on the tv. The blonde older lady on the bar is as miserable as sin. The people on reception do not smile. If your a cyclist in Lycra you will be made welcome provided your German or Spanish. No quilt cover on the beds Rooms not made up by 3pm and needed to chase down the corridoor for clean towels. It has no atmosphere whatsoever

We only stayed for one night as we live further up the coast and were attending a friend's birthday party in the resort. Everything about the hotel was excellent. In our opinions and for us personally the bed was too hard but that's the only negative we have. Fantastic views from our top-floor room!

Lovely hotel the staff were very nice and friendly a few names that were notable are Mario, David and Ivain Food was fantastic great breakfast menu We ate out at dinner evening was very nice with fresh whole salmon or pulled pork joints, it was well prepared and looked appetising. The hotel was clean and tidy. People have mentioned the cyclists there wasn’t loads and neither did they bother us. The pool area is rather small we were in the quiet season so it wasn’t busy out there, but in the summer it could be tight, I don’t think it’s kids orientated, no games room or pool tables, The beach is a 5 minute walk and hosts many cafe’s and restaurants the area is quiet. There is a road train that goes into the main town that was quite pleasant.

Hotel has very good location in Calpe. The beach is close to the hotel. Sea view from the window. Personnel was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean. SPA provides variety of water facilities to relax and to have perfect rest.
