great hotel. big but friendly. food delicious. animators encourage everyday activity. good food. ice-cream. drinks. purely. rooms cleaned every day. nice people working at the reception. Tunisian evening once a week. music by the pool.

We have stayed for 7 days in Palm Azure. Our view is unambigously positive: very good location at the sea shore, comfortable and clean rooms, very good food extremely friendly crew, nice environment consisting of many beautiful gardens, hotel is friendly for pets, evenings organised by young animators, inside and outside swimming pools also for children, gym and hammam. The hotel is very pleasant, quite clean. The rooms are modest, clean, cleaned daily. The food is tasty, varied. The service was very polite and nice. A great team of animators. Malis, Didi, Willy, Smiley, Mimi, Susu - they are wonderful. However, they should think about changing their boss. He is rude, makes immoral propositions to women, and if a woman refuses, he becomes unpleasant and insolent. Especially when he is under the influence of alcohol

COMPLEXE TRES JOLI. PISCINES A DEBORDEMENT ET COIN PELOUSE AU CALME SUPERBE. ANIMATIONS NULLES surtout le soir, on s'est ennuyé; presque pas d'animateurs. et en boucle tous les soirs pendant 1h la même bande de chansons enfantines (on est quand même du 10 au 17 sept.)Resto Tunisien pas mal par contre le buffet principal pas top du tout... pas une seule fois des FRITES en une semaine ! et inlassablement midi et soir les mêmes choses : crudités, pas de salade variée et 2 sortes de pâtes ainsi que pizza une seule sorte, et toujours les mêmes légumes et merguez, boeuf en sauce etc...plutôt pimenté !! c'est vraiment rikiki! du jamais vu. Barman pas sympa mais le reste du personnel très bien ! malgré cela nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et je vous conseille HEDI le mec qui vend les excursions QUAD BUGGY etc... très gentil et on a fait une ballade quad de 3h en comité restreint magnifique !! dommage pour la bouffe et les animations car l'hôtel en général est vraiment très beau. A noté qu'on a eut des algues!

The place is amazing, comfortable and clean.
The reception staff are helpful and friendly.
The only downside is the food, not delicious and there's no enough choices.

I have never been in such a dirty hotel. The bathroom smelt awful, i had stains on my sheets. The food was disgusting, very little selection. Most often we ate only pizza which was the worst i have ever eaten. Also very often the food was cold. We had diarrhea throughout our stay. We had to serach for clean plates and cultery cause a lot of them were dirty. The beach was dirty and smelly. I have never been happier to be back home.

I have spent 7 days early july at this hotel. The downaide was the food. It was clear that the hotel was understaffed. The Chef Mr Khaled did his best with what the administration has offered him, but the buffet lacked variety most of the days. The food tasted very good, to be honest. The room wasn't spacious, and they provided a sofa with a matress on it for my child instead of a propper bed. The pools were ok, the water slides were ok except for the staff who were sometimes rude to guests. The cleaning staff were good and helpful and on time. No umbrellas in the parking areas and cars are left to the sun. The bar next to the water slides closes really early. In general, the stay was ok, but I have had better. I advise the hotel administration to open their cheque book when it comes to catering.
